Review 1：The staff could not have been more friendly and responsive. We had a mechanic issue with the door lock and the front-desk person knew exactly how to fix it and made the repair right away.

Review 2：Well the guy at the desk, he wasn't right out or rude or displeasant, but.......more like.........maybe little snide and disinterested?? He just wasn't a people person.

Review 4：I booked this last minute and the purpose was for the Big ten championship game. The mark-up was very high, $200 for 1 night, but I had no other options. The room itself was not worth that much at face value, I feel they took advantage of the event taking place nearby, but I'm sure that's part of the business, maybe?. The towels had hairs imbedded in them so we did not use the shower. Had we been there for a more lengthy stay I would have complained but we only needed a place to sleep and left immediately the next day.

Review 7：The front desk staff were disorganized. They charged my credit for our friends room. They said that my husband gave permission to do that . The rooms wee dirty. One of the beds speads had a big bleach stain on it. When we arrived on the second floor where our room was, the hallway was filthy and needed to be vacuumed . .

One night I heard something in the hallway so crack the door only to find the manager bent down sniffing the bottom of the doors to see if he smelled smoke. I wasn't even allowed to burn a scented candle. It was for the sour smell coming from the air conditioner.

Review 45：This motel is south of I-65. To access it, you have to take the 421North exit! (There is no "south" exit.) We thought we had reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds each, but actually had only one bed in each room. Management was able to give us two-bed rooms for a small increase in price. There are 3 rooms in motel without phones.

Review 46：Seemed to be a newer motel. Manager was very pleasant, if not always easy to understand. Rooms don't have carpet, a big plus in my opinion since less worry about bedbugs. Roomy aisles on both sides of both beds, unlike some Motel 6 I have stayed in (Janesville, WI). We were well satisfied.

You call it and the other phone at the front counter rings. At some point, a man comes out from the office to help you. It was lime this both times we needed to check in or out. I would have thought someone would have manned the desk. Anyone could have carried the place off if they wanted to. All of the vending and ice was on the first floor. It would have been nice to have a coke machine and ice machine on every floor. Our floors were vinyl/fake wood floors. They were nice, but they needed a good mopping. My daughter's feet were dirty after she took a shower. But that happens at my house too...we have hardwood floors. Just have to keep up with them. I know Motel 6 is no frills, but a coffee maker in the room would have been nice. They supposedly had coffee in the lobby but I didn't go down there to get any.

Review 52：My daughter and I stayed one night. For the price it was great. The room was small, but that was ok. It was clean and modern. She loved the lighted towel holder in the bathroom. The room had a microwave and dorm sized refrigerator. It also had a padded window seat that my daughter loved. She hopped up in it and read some. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The sink had granite counters but the area around the sink was a little small if you had bottles and such. There was a washer and dryer on our floor by the elevator. I'm not sure if there was a set on each floor, but it was easy to locate if you needed to wash clothes. It was a good deal for the price.

Review 53：I found it inconvenient that I couldn't use any side doors. My room was located at the opposite end of the office. I could leave out of the side doors but had to go back thru the office to come in. The tv in my room was pulled off of the wall mount and just sitting on a table which looked tacky. Overall I got what I paid for.
