Review 1：Refusal for Early check in. Even after sharing booking number, we were asked to wait for so long to get confirmation since they said that they are waiting for Booking.com and needs to be confirmed by their reservation dept.

Review 6：There was construction work on the hotel which I had not been notified about when booking.The constant talking of the maids outside the room, combined with the telephone at the end of the corridor which they used for communication. made my stay in the room very unpleasant as it was so noisy particularly on a morning.

Review 35：300baht guests. In all 3 rooms the showers where dirty, need a good steam cleaning, Mould all over the walls. One of friends had brown stains down wall from the aircon and it blew out white stuff?? One of us had dirty stains on his sheets (looked like an unclean lady sat on it...) Expensive price per night for the quality especially with the more expensive one with a balcony - literally the only difference between the normal & them. Will not stay there again a 700 baht accommodation would be just as good.

Review 42：This is a budget hotel in terms of facilities. WE stayed in a twin bed room along with family and two small kids. We had to request for an extra bed which was hardly fitting into the room because of its size. Very well located on the beach itself. Walking street was at a walking distance only.
