Review 1：Mattress on sofa bed was air mattress. would not pump up, was ripped and very stained. Looked disgusting. If two couples are staying and there are two cars there is parking for only one car. Pool was cold. hot tub was good temp, but had so much chlorine that it ruined our bathing suits. Calls itself a resort but lacks most of the amenities of a real resort.

Review 21：When we got there they didn't have our reservation we had to stay in a room the guest night and then be moved. The manger was very apologetic and the staff was super nice in helping us move.
Review 22：This place is amazing. We stayed in a 2/2 bath and because of the reservation mix up we stayed in two different units. Both were great wth comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens and fantastic location to the beach. There is a playground right next door and the pool area as nice. They also have gas grills next to the pool area you can use!

Review 28：Only complaint was the dish washer didn't work (we only tried on the last day before check out to wash a few utensils and cups) - not a big deal since we did a lot of takeout and paper plates. Other than that, the walk to the beach/water took about 5-10 mins. Fine for us but I think for people that had difficulty walking, it might be an issue.

We ended up leaving it set up the entire time, due to that fact, and that limted out seating in the room significantly. Also the wifi kept disconnecting. This was not a deal breaker for us, but was a annoying.

Review 46：Parking and walk to the ocean. These two things are minor. I did enjoy that the parking was assigned so that helped. But parking was so tight had we driven our bigger vehicle in we possibly couldn't have parked. Walk to the ocean is geography, but anyone with small kids or someone with a disability might find that walk a little daunting.

Review 52：We were there for a 2 night stay. We arrived very late, but the check in was very easy and quick. The 2 bedroom apartment we had (305) was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. We love the view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Review 58：Very nice condos. Very clean with the exception of our kitchen floor needed a good mopping. If we were barefoot, our feet were very dirty. Otherwise, the bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The pool and hot tub were well cared for. The parking was a little tight for our large extended cab truck but manageable. Staff was very helpful as I had several packages shipped to the resort. One came after we left and they shiipped to my home. Overall, 4-1/2 stars.
Review 59：We were very pleasantly surprised and pleased with our accommodations at the Surf Beach Resort. Our rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff was always helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Situated right on the beach, the view was breathtaking and the beach pristine! Surf Beach provided any and all amenities that we could possibly need. We would whole-heartedly recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation and hope to visit again in the future!

Review 62：We had no complaints. I would caution people that the condos are not huge. It was perfect for just the two of us but I imagine it would be cramped with many more. I wish they would have a quiet curfew like some places. The first night we were there the condo either above or below us had a very loud party on the balcony that lasted until about 2am. Other than that, we slept very well. Comfy beds.
Review 63：The condo was beautiful and spotless. Nice pool area with hot tub. Place to grill out and picnic. Small number of condos, so pool wasn't crowded with people saving all the chairs, etc. Assigned parking, so no worry you won't get a spot when you come back like some places we've stayed.
Review 64：The only problem we had was a difficult sliding glass door...my mother hurt herself opening it! Also the distance to the beach was quite far so offering the use of beach carts would be nice! (they offered rentals for like $50 a day for a cooler, chairs, umbrella etc. so I guess that was a plus side)

Review 66：Sofa bed was broken and as a party of 6 ee had nowhere for the 5th person to sleep,whdn we arrived admittedly late 8.30 ee found noone on check in no keys and a message stating to ring a number,when we rang it was a recorded message telling us it was not connected .eventually a security msn appeared and said I needed a pin code to retrieve the keys out of the safe,then I looked at my invoice and the pin code was on it,however there was no message stating ehat it wad , or thst out of hours thid would be rewuired.All ok when we reported it the next morning it wad to find that the staff knew the bed was broken and not fit for purpose but didnt do anything bout it in time for our arrival as it was a holiday,they might have left a note at the very least.I liked the property but I left a vastly superior property to come to the coast for R&R,only to end uo paying $200 dollsrs a nihht to sleep on a lumpy inflatable bed upside down,as the head of the bed was 3 inches lower than the feet.Lastly they reminded you to tip the maid (which I did) and they couldnt even provide more thsn 2 pillow per person .overall lovely place if the price was better but definitely not worth the money.

It did not feel good to stay there under these circumstances,especially after staying there for 6 days! Zero hospitality!!! Nexttime, I will spend my money at a property where I leave feelingsatisfied, instead of upset. Staff (eva) should be reconsidered.

Review 80：The parking is too limited. We have a minivan & had luggage/rack on top. We were unable to drive through the parking garage. Thank goodness our parking spot was not in the garage...also, we had to back in from the main entrance, because if we didn't, it was to hard to back out normally.
Review 81：We traveled 17 hours from Illinois. Our room was ready early, and we were extremely pleased with it. It is right on the beach, and the balcony look directly to the ocean with no obstructions. What I liked best, was it was small, with about 30 suites total. Never once did we have to wait for an elevator. Rooms were very clean and the the pull out sofa aero bed was very comfortable as well. Walking distance to a couple if restaurants, walgreens, Surf store ext. ( even with 3 kids and a grandma).We will definitely stay again.

Review 83：Over the last 18 years we have stayed in several hotels and condo's along this stretch between St Pete Beach and Clearwater this is by far the best for staff, beach view and cleanliness We stayed late June 2014 in a 3rd floor corner suite, these units have the additional benefit of a double aspect view. Minutes from Johns Pass with shops and restaurants, big names like Bubba Gump and Hooters are here., Behind Surf Beach, is the inland waterway, you can hire a motor boat or Jet Ski. John's Pass also has boat and Jet Ski rentals All in all a great place to stay Mark and Joanne From England
Review 84：When we came back from eating dinner, our parking spot was taken by someone not staying at the condo, they were using the hot tub. They did move for us tho,...And number 2, we more or less were forced away from the pool area, when a large family using the pool area, all evening, and the entire next day, for some one's birthday. Especially when they could have used an area behind the hot tub area, as a nice area for their party. It was too many people for the facility.
