Review 1：Well, when we went to check in, the guest house had my booking listed as being for the 7th January and had not been changed to the 2nd, even though I had an email confirmation from booking.com of my change of dates, so we were unable to enjoy a stay here. Johann at the reception tried to accommodate us but the rooms I thought I'd booked weren't available and the rooms offered weren't big enough for our party, so we had to carry on with our journey.

Review 2：the buzz at the gate is an inconvenience as you need to get out of the car or hoot for attention - it will be better if it were on the drivers side of the gate.

Review 4：I wish there was food served. Provision of certain items such as towels did not recognise that one of the rooms was occupied by a couple.

Review 10：The room had no outside window and it had a window opening onto reception that was hidden behind a curtain. The lights from reception were irritating when I tried to sleep. There is a ventilation problem because there isn't a window so one has to use the aircon the whole time. The bathroom is minute and not easy to use. The shower makes a mess. This was not value for money. Keep this room for travelers who arrive very late at night and only want to sleep.

Review 11：no mention was made on their website that they are extensively renovating the place. Consequently the pool was dirty from the builders dust and hence our much anticipated swim was not to be. Rooms on the. Road side became very noisy at 6am as workers arrived .

Review 12：The lodge is Very conveniently located with a major mall a few minutes walk away. The room was fine.

Review 13：The ice tray in the freezer was broken and old - not great when wanting an icy drink after a long days traveling. There was Cremora but not a drop of milk.

Review 15：The Aircons needed attention, even on full power it was not working. When I received my room key I walked into “my” room but it was already occupied... The swimming pool was extremely dirty. The dstv was not working. We asked the Night staff for Ice and they just said there in a very rude tune they don’t have as the kitchen is out of “action” They are busy with renovations and should not be having any guest there. The lady/day staff is friendly and helpful. The after hours guy should not be working in the service industry.

Review 16：Nothing major andonly positive criticism, but the headboard needs a little fixing. Also a plug thats more accessible for charging of appliances will be a good idea.

Review 101：I didn't like the fact that one is not provided with a remote control. It"s asif one has to ask for permission to go out (you mknow, like in boarding school) and furthermore, one has to wait in the cold weather of Bloemfontein waiting for somebody to open the gate when returning to the premises. This is not nice, guys.

Review 102：The fact that the premises are close to Mimosa Mall is really a plus for you guys. Your employees are friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Review 103：The second entrance gate do not have a camera connected with reception. The guest have to climb out of his car and push a button to allert reception to open the gate. Reception has no idea for who the gate is opened. This is not acceptable and a safety risk for the all guests and their cars, as well as for the person having to climb out of his carin the street, at night..

Review 108：Room 14 smells of dampness and there was a noise done by some school boys who were occupying about two rooms. The receptionist id not always on the desk and so it takes time for the gate to be opened i therefore suggest that the room keys should be attached with remote controls.

Review 112：It would be nice if clients could pay a deposit to have their own remote switch for the main entrance gates to the parking lot. It is a bit risky to get out of your car to press the bell for attention, especially at night. The 1 garbage bin in the garden could be emptied more often or more bins could placed out back. The pros still outweigh the cons by far.

Review 113：I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on the patio and garden; and the easy access to shopping facilities, restaurants and major sport facilities which was the actual reason for our stay in Bloemfontein. Keep the daily sherry top up going! We left for CT at 3.30am and the receptionist was all ready and available to let us out of the secure offstreet parking lot.

Review 114：Entry and exit onto the premises can be very cumbersome. Either a buzzer that allows you to stay in your vehicle or remote controls for visitors. Especially when returning quite late in the evening.
