Review 1：Service and food were not actually five-star level (All inclusive buffet was almost the same every day and english skill were quite poor among the personell) Maybe this was due to off-season period in august.

Review 2：Facilities were fine and hotel has great surroundings and garden. We specially enjoyed staying in a family bungalow.

Review 3：Facilities promised, wern't available. Guest Relations manager (Tuna Bilen) was useless at managing issues brought to her attention and providing reasons and compensating why services were not available that she had promised.

Review 13：Everything about the hotel. The service was fantastic. The amazing food and variety of foods and restaurants. The water park and pools were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Review 14：From the moment we walked in, it felt like a processing belt with 1,600 guests in town and an understaffed hotel, we probably picked one of the worst weeks in mid July to be at the property. The rooms suffered from the AC going off on its own every single night, the pillows were as hard as we have ever seen in hotel with no alternatives throughout our five night stay despite offering a so called Pillow menu. Even the SPA was a processing factory, they throw you into the shower, ask you to rush as they are on a schedule (wait isn't a spa supposed to be a relaxing experience) There is no waiting room/ lounge at the SPA simply shower, wait in the corridor until your turn comes and be processed (the masseuse was good, but the reception was lousy). We tried the Italian so called specialty restaurant, the chicken was so bad (had an undercooked/ unclean smell and taste) I had to return it after the first bite. Despite our complaints, management hardly paid any attention to us. This was not a cheap place for the service. As a family we travel 3 times every year and have stayed in numerous places, this was one of the worst. Room Tip: Avoid the hotel, stay either in another well known chain or a boutique hotel.

If you are notTurkish and don't know have they taste its ok but for me itwasn't perfect.wifi? Never worked water park? I have two kids 13 and10 but they have big sign that it says you have to be 18 to to get inthe water park rides

Review 17：Entertainment Team was very week. Buffet is always repeated the same food. Hotel bathroom has no fan or window/ not enough Nescafé was put in room. Photographers are very rude and make the image of hotel very bad, they do not respect their clients and should remove them from hotel immediately.

Review 25：I was so excited to visit Bodrum & stay in this hotel. Thanks Miss. Joy! She was waiting us at the front of the hotel with very kind & warm welcoming. At the beginning the room was not ready as we arrived early morning. So they offfer us to have our breakfast till it's ready. The most surprised once the reception guy that we've upgraded to Family room with sea view!! Everything was so so good, and I wish to come back soon!

Review 53：Like virtually everywhere in Bodrum, Taxis are very expensive. 60 Eurofrom the hotel to the airport...Another 40 Euro to Bodrum centre. Notrecommended for those who want to be close to the city centre (though wechose the hotel for this very reason). We did have a little bit ofdifficulty with reception on arrival, at first given a room layout wehad not booked and needed to push a bit to be given a room with the kingbed we had initially requested. The hotel complex is still beingcompleted, and there were a few things missing from the rooms (bedsidelamps). The managers said this would likely continue for the next 2months. During the massage we did hear construction which wasdisappointing. Food options between 14:00 and 19:00 are very limited. Ifyou are booking try to reserve the top floor as lower floors (especiallythe ground floor) have much less privacy. Would like to reiterate thatwe loved the hotel and would go back without hesitation!

Review 54：The hotel was a perfect getaway for those who just want to relax, notgoing anywhere. We were looking for peace and quiet after working veryhard and the location was perfect because of its isolation. The room washuge with a very comfortable bed, balcony, and fantastic view and thesea is a stones throw away. The bathroom had a separate shower room andlarge bath tub. Tea, coffee and espresso facilities in the room. Thefood was very good with a large selection. The service staff waswonderful and we would like thank: Omer (dinner), Tolga and Arda(daytime) They were extremely kind and table-side at a moment'snotice. The breakfast period goes all the way up to 11 which is verynice if you want to have a lie in. The beach is intimate with nice whitesand, a pier and an inclusive bar on hand. If you prefer the pool, it ishuge and beautiful. There is a full spa which guests have free accessto, (sauna, indoor pool, hamam and an amazing gym). There are alsomasseuses on staff, though this is extra, but well worth it. Lot'sof activities scheduled by the hotel if you are looking for things tooccupy your time during the day. Can't recommend the place enough!Looking forward to returning.
