Review 1：After reading all the bad reviews we were a little skeptical, but we chose the Budget Inn for the location. When we arrived, we were surprised that the room was clean, nice and the bed was comfy. Coffee maker and fridge were included and the price was very good for being at a walking distanze from the city centre.
Review 2：The carpet was not vaccumed, felt like sand in the bed I had to brush it off, I had to stand on the bed to work the air conditioner, there is no plug in in the bathroom, there is no maid service I had to go to the office and ask for clean towels, the free wi fi did not work, there are people who are perminate tenants. I slept with ear plugs in so can't say if it noisey or not. The room was very small.

Review 4：the bed was very uncomfortable both of them there is mold growing on the wall,baseboards in the main room no coffe pot. only two hand towels for bath towels. very small room. would not give recipt when payed in cash. very small room. thought i would have a better room for the price. i only get one day off a week and it was our 21 anniversary. could here the noise out side also. did not like our stay here.

Review 10：Facility seems to be the neighborhood room and board. The room had mildew everywhere. Bedding and towels need replacing, too much use; yellowish & stained.
Review 11：Parking lot was awful and too small. The staff was extremely slow andrude and there is no lobby so I was standing outside in the cold for along time. The bathroom was not cleaned after the last people, hair allover the place. I woke up at 5am to find a roach crawling on the bednext to me so I shook my stuff out and left. Never going back. I triedto get someone to complain but no such luck. Total waste of my hardearned money.

Review 13：Some motel guests did party, but it was not the fault of motel, and it was Mardi Gras afterall. So these two 70+ wanted to sleep completely understandable. LOL
Review 14：The motel is located in an excellent area for visiting Mobile. Able to walk to tourist areas and Wentzell's Oyster House. Mardi Gras Parade goes by the motel twice, quit nice for our first visit to Mobile Mardi Gras. Liked the parking, car is in secure area lot within the Motel U shaped design. Even though it is an older motel still had plenty of hot hot water, nice comfortable beds and TV worked fine.
Review 15：This entire place needs new management and an entire makeover. If the owners would do simple maintenance and upkeep, more people would stay and actually have something positive to say. The overall room was nasty, the chair in the room looked as though someone recently died in it. The chicken wire patching the railway was awful and the pathetic wipe down of the bathroom made me scared to even wash my hands.
Review 16：Considering there was nothing pleasant about my stay. I slept on a mardi grad stuff animal and used my jacket as a blanket because the room was so dirty and nasty I was scared to sleep under the covers. The roaches crawling up the walls wasn't even that surprising just gross.

Review 18：Old rundown motel which did not look overly safe. Not very quite as it is close to a busy road. Paper thin towels. Cheap lock on door. (to be fair I did not have any problems here). No coffee in AM.

Review 42：I got a call in the middle of the night, about 1:30 am, from somebody next door to me and it was extremely creepy. My brother and I left after that and were on the road at 2am. We drove 4 more hours and stopped in Louisiana at a gas station. Pff that was a complete waste of money. Everything was great except for the people and area.

Review 48：I didn't like anything about this place, terrible smell, water in thefloor, bugs In the tub, duct tape holding a/c unit in place rust oneverything, holes in the ceiling, black mold on ceiling, absolutely theworst place I've ever been too. I didn't even stay the night tried toget a refund and they only gave me half. Wouldn't reccomend it toanybody unless you do large amounts of crack or meth.
