Review 1：Breakfast not like us. A very small thermos of coffee, only 2 packets of sugar. Very servings of pudding girls. We're not used to eating scrambled eggs in the morning, we do not like yogurt. 2 loaves and 2 slices of bread, 1 slice of ham single and 1 slice of cheese to fill. The fruit usually very ripe banana. I could not choose. Every day had to fill out a form and leave almost equal, for breakfast options. Leaving only a very small soap. It is unfortunate. It is something to improve.

Review 2：Sun Residence is a seaside residence with excellent location for those who like to spend their holidays on the beach. Very good amenities, with pools, for adults and children, deck chairs and beach towels. Playrooms for children and adults, jacuzzi, and parking. Very comfortable rooms. Very good care of the housekeeping staff, and who carries the breakfast room. I want to especially emphasize Mr. SAMUEL reception always friendly, and well disposed to help with any difficulty that presents the guest, as in our case help us to check in for our flight, or provide us with adapters for charging cell phones and ipad.

Review 3：The air conditioning next over the bed. The matress, The staff responsible for the cleaning of the room (didn't come when asked once). Some flies visited us every day!! Draining of the sink of the bathroom with some clogging. They had forgotten some itens of the breakfast several days.

Review 5：Walk around the hotel after sunset is impossible! All people we met, especially the taxi drivers, told us to be out the beach after 5:00 pm, to avoid thefts! The beach aroun haven't lighting. And its far away from the city. You cant walk to town.

Review 6：The location of this hotel is stunning,with a good view, nice hotel staff, and a huge swimming pool.Stay at the beach is a very confortable because the wind( all day long!) doesn't let you to be hot.Thanks,specially to Mr Fernando,from front desk, whom give us nice directions.

Review 7：We had an issue with the condominium complaining that my son had a regular shorts at the pool. The security came earlier and I told him that it was a swim shorts, an hour later he came and told that my son could not be at the pool with those shorts. I was very upset as my son didn't want to go to the pool after that.

Review 11：It is a little bit far away from the city centre, the beach there is also good even it is not famous as Iracema.

Review 12：Every staff in sun residence is fantastic, they are always dedicated and helpful. Every time you saw them, you can find a smile on their faces. Besides, the apartment is 5-star equipped, it is very hard to find a better one in Fortaleza, swimming pool, game room, fitness room, HD television and very comfortable king-size double bed. I really enjoy the stay there. As I stay in Fortaleza for the Brazil world cup 2014, the hotel arrange a shuttle bus which send the guests directly to the stadium. Everything is perfect in sun Residence.
