Review 1：The included breakfast wasn't the best tasting, the waffles and pastries were good just not eggs or sausage. There was construction at the hotel so a little messy and on Monday morning a working crew was just outside the hotel with trust and noisy machinery.
Review 2：The location was great we walked to Main St. And the beach multiple times. Free parking is a huge perk.

Review 4：The Staff was great. The room was clean. But, the bathroom had a bad musty smell. After informing the staff. They gave us a brand new never used room. It was Perfect. They also gave us a discount for the second night because of the problem with the 1st room. The breakfast was great as well as the server.
Review 5：We loved the newly renovated room, the staff was so accommodating, nice ocean view, the location was perfect to walk to great shops and restaurants (Fred's), the bike path along the coast in front of the hotel was amazing, free underground parking was a plus and the roof top spa was the perfect end to our night!

Review 9：Every room has a view of the ocean. The room I stayed in had a fireplace. The parking is underground, so your car is protected from the elements and is safe. The room was pretty clean, but the bedding could be a little bit better.
Review 10：Staff was rude to my guests. Booked two rooms for family. Once they arrived, thy were told,"we don't deal with outside booking agency and my guests would have to pay with their own credit card, even though I reserved two rooms through booking.com.
Review 11：My wife had a really bad allergic reaction to something in the room and the smell of the hallway and the room was unbearable. The location is good. But the living environment is just horrendous. I'll not try to stay there again. Ps. We checked out with in the first 2 hours.
Review 12：The hotel should consider to have a in room safe for your valuables as the beach is right in front and when you go jogging or surfing you leave a lot of them in the room and would give people a better feeling!

Review 16：You can hear your neighbors in the next room. You can hear the jet plane sounding air conditioner of the neighbors units on your patio. The bathroom was hideous and not well planned out. TV broken (wanted to cover sound of neighbors) Note if you book thru a service instead of directly thru the hotel,they won't do anything about room complaints (said sold out sorry can't move, yet when I called the hotel directly a few minutes later, they said they had availability) the breakfast was decent but the plates were too small to even put a waffle on so you spilled everything everywhere. Just not the quality I was expecting and I travel quite a bit. Just disappointed overall.
Review 17：The proximity to the beach was excellent. Beds were clean.
Review 18：Right outside the balcony is an oil rig. Some days they are working non-stop, so it's too noisy and unpleasant to be on the balcony, other days it was quiet. That sort of depletes the "ocean view" appeal.
