Review 1：the smell in the room was so bad like really damp. The breakfast was cold.

Review 15：This is my 3rd time staying at Baywalk, we found this place by chance 2 years ago and we love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful and their service makes the stay so much better. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. The location is perfect, a walking distance from the main dining and shopping venues and of course the pier. My favorite thing is the view from the breakfast restaurant, it just makes your day better starting with this ocean view.

Review 18：thebiggest problem is staff. they are bit rude and does not understand. language is big problem. we asked for additional towel which they refused. they said they will charged for it. we asked for veg in breakfast which is also refused by them. once wi-fi was not working, when we complained they rudely said its working. they don't speak proper or understandable English.

Review 20：Only one lift working so long waits Wifi performance can only be described as PATHETIC; when even working so slow it was unusable. Unhappy at hotel policy of insisting on payment on arrival - stayed at 6 other places during a 3 week holiday and nowhere else demanded this. Also was forced to pay a large deposit on the key - again did not encounter this anywhere else. Apart from actual accommodation hotel wouldn't take credit card for other services - such as transport whereas elsewhere did. Decent range of breakfast offering but quite a few things not cooked properly and / or gone cold.

The main problem is, even we requested from the lobby many times, no none from administration contacted us. The hotel is in renovation and no one warns you about this and you can wake up in the morning with a quite nice drill noise.

I had no issue with my credit card during my holiday with any other transaction. They did maintenance in upper floor in the morning. We warned them many times. Wireless was disconnected in every 5 minutes. I didn't like anything of this hotel.

It also sounded one morning like if some metal bars were being thrown on the hard floor.

Review 57：I liked the view from the breakfast open space area. A bit droughty at times .. but great view on the sea and Beach Road. Breakfast is a buffet with selection of Thai food, eggs and bacon, sausages, toasts, jams etc. Coffee is good!

Review 58：racist attitude from staff. abusive language from restaurant esp. the man called Yo Thar and the chinese girl who makes fun of tourists, do not greet and do not welcome them when they come in for breakfast, get angry when residents inform that food is not hot and too salty...but if you come from European countries, they will surely bend their heads down to you because they think you will give them tips. I hope the manager will look into this matter urgently because it will be a pity if all tourists decide not to go to baywalk only because of lack of training of staff and abusive nature of the people from the kitchen side.

Only need 5 minutes walk there to get a great nightlife or even looking for food is very easy. Room is big. Quite simple look but functions are good. Hot water, bathtub, etc. Breakfast located in 5th floor, very nice with the ocean view. this hotel also have their own parking space.

Review 62：Breakfast was very ordinary with few options and extremely lethargic staff who didn't bother to refill anything unless specifically asked to do so. The hotel is quiet understaffed and they refuse to provide simple things like a clean empty cup to have coffee in in the room, once I askes they simply said they have no room service. House keeping staff wouldn't bother to put clean glasses in the room everyday!

The hotel is located across the road from the beach and a 2 minute walk from the famous nightlife if that's your thing. Swimming pool is on the roof and great for sunbathing.

Review 70：it's the 5th time i stayed in this Hotel, but I think it was my last time. Reasons: the room I reserved was not available as the guy on the reception said, although there were 5 rooms available when i've booked. So I got a very old, not even clean room with old furniture, an old bathroom and an aircon that blew right on to the bed. Conclusion: About 3 years ago, this Hotel was never fully booked, but then booking increased and they increased pricing accordingly in order to make more profit but without doing anything for the guests like better service, better food or investing in modern appliances.

Review 81：There is nothing much to write about this place. The reception is nice and modern but the rooms are shabbier than they look in the pictures. We had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking an alley and you can hear the noise from outside at night, faint yet disturbing. No complaint with service as such, check in and check out were smooth. Pool on the 7th floor is average sized but has a great view of the beach. The hotel does not have a 24hr restaurant, it only serves breakfast. Couple of things to be noted though- 1. I have stayed at numerous hotels and the moment a hotel asks me for payment upfront (that too for the entire stay) it makes me feel like a cheat. Anyway, be prepared to shell out the entire amount plus a 500 baht security deposit. 2. The hotel could at least scan the people coming in and out (not the guests). When we went to the pool there were 2 more couples there and it was pretty clear that the girls were 'picked up'

Location is on Beach Road, but surprisingly there was no noise of music of cars. It was very peaceful. Massage centre at the entrance was a blessing. Great foot massage for Baht 200. Doorman was very courteous and friendly. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
