Review 1：The water in the ocean is not clear.

Review 2：My apartment had everything you need including beach chairs and laundry detergent.View from the balcony is amazing and balcony is large. We had all our meals there.

Review 3：Nice condo, stayed in 1 bedroom, had everything we needed. Several bars, convenience store, grocery store, drug store all in walking distance. If want to go to one of the parks like Fort DeSoto you will need to rent a car as the bus does not go there. Bus does go to Clearwater. Short walk to the beach. All rooms have Gulf view.

Review 4：Not really any problem with hotel. The Treaure Island area is more for younger people and families. Not quite what we were looking for in an area!

Review 7：Location..children didn't have to cross traffic to get to beach. Also the pool was a great addition for play for them. Washer and dryer in condo was so convenient for washing all the swim things and towels.

Review 9：The condo was amazing, well-situated, well-decorated and very cozy. It had all kinds of things you may need to go to the beach: chairs, beach umbrellas, and even stuff for toddlers, which really saved us because we didn't have any of those things. The environment of the building was fantastic too. We will definitely come back.

Review 10：Everything low end (except the bed) TV quality, channel selection, Wi-Fi, cookware, utensils, outdoor furniture all poor. In-room safe? -what's the use of safe that my 120 lb senior wife could pick up and carry away! Older building, need maintaining. Biggest issue - the patio door could not be latched at all. Had to McGuiver a brace using a mop handle. It was fixed day after, but how could it have been missed by cleaning or maintenance people??

Review 14：We like this part of Treasure Island. We are in walking distance to everything but not stuck in the middle of motel row. It has the feel of a private residence on the beach. The condo was spacious and the decor was great. The room had all the necessary dinnerware, cookware, and supporting appliances. The staff was all very friendly. We will be back.

Review 15：There were activities my kids would have enjoyed like ping pong and shuffle board, but by the time we got back each day, the office was closed. You had to reserve these items in advance. Would be nice if there were evening staff onsite.

Review 17：This place is so clean and cute, and every condo has a view of the gulf. We had a two bedroom suite, and each room had it's own bath. This is our third time staying here, and we have been very pleased every time.

Review 60：The condo had a great ocean view from the 6th floor and was very clean and modern by our standards. This time of year is quieter on the beaches so we didn't expect a lot for New Year's Eve entertainment. The restaurants were booked full however. The beachfront walkway was convenient and again well kept. Pool really was heated and usable this time of year. Parking is close to entrance, good elevators, we would stay again.

Review 61：Floors seemed like they were not cleaned. I had to vacuum and mop when we arrived. Staff was reluctant to give us replacement towels but it was no big deal, I just washed them with the washer and dryer in the condo.

Review 62：The condo was very spacious for being a one bedroom and the views were excellent. We traveled with adult children and it was comfortable.

Review 63：the noise from the people upstairs went on till 2a.m so didn't sleep much...trying to rest the following day was impossible because they were sawing down the palm trees which made us unable to hear t.v.

Review 65：An apartment complex from the sixties well renovated but in comparison with other similair facilities at the Gulf of Mexico at little bit small and overpriced. However the price could be higher as usual as we stayed during Thanksgiving week.Bedroom at the back along busy highway.

Review 66：The view from the balcony and livng room of the beach is great. Bed and furniture is very good. At walking distance a Publix and very good restaurant Middle Grounds Grill. Small heated pool which is fine in november! Room 602 nice for max 2 people.

All condos have balconies and they face the water, so we didn't worry about whether or not we will be getting a nice view. Staff is friendly and helpful, always with a smile!

Review 91：The level of personal service given to me was extraordinary. There was never a "I do not know," "I will get back to you." They were there to take care of my wishes and make my vacation as stress free as possible.

Review 92：No complaints about the property but the city has a parking scam. We arrived late and decided to go grab a bite at a local restaurant, there were very few cars around so we parked in the spaces in front of the business. We were surprised by a $25 parking ticket. There were no signs only a kiosk to pay for parking located 7 spots down that we did not even see when we parked. After talking with several other travelers, we found many were angered by the same thing. I don't mind paying to park, but the city should make it clear that you must pay to park. We will not return to this area, there are too many other places that don't scam you out of money.

Review 106：What a great place! Plenty of space for a family of four and everything you need for a relaxing holiday by this beautiful beach - including your own washing machine and dryer. Our teenagers enjoyed sleeping in a room of their own (in single beds) with their own tv-set. There is also a great grocery store (Publix) close by. At first, we looked for hotels in Clearwater but after driving up there one night (to see the sunset) I am so happy we ended up on Treasure Island instead. Much calmer and less crowded. Would stay here again, but then avoid the sting ray season.
