Reviews for Chateau DuVal
Review 1：There was only one house key and you could only lock the door from the outside or inside with a key so it complicated the situation. Also, it said parking was provided, but the garage did not work. You could park on the street if you could find a spot. There were not enough blankets in the place to sleep 5, let alone 6. The 3rd bed was a blow-up mattress. It said two bathrooms, but really, it was 1 and a half. There was minimal lighting which made it difficult to see in the place. Also, there was an underlying odor, either of mold or pets.
Review 2：It was an easy bike ride to the beach, though farther from the pier.
Review 3：The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The shower needs to be updated. The heaters were too noisy to use. Everything in the apartment was old fashioned.

Review 5：The staff of AE Hospitality are not helpful. Money taken a month ahead of stay. The demand for a rental agreement to be signed which was eventually waived because they find it inconvenient to come to the property to do a meet and greet. Despite already complaints already lodged about poor service. The property is very old. The toilet downstairs choked and overflow the very first time we used it. Lights are not functioning in the garage where the washer and dryer are. No instruction for use of those facilities. It's definitely not worth paying for this place.

Review 9：This is a run down townhouse. The mattresses, oven (no handle),washer, dryer, carpet, furniture, pots & pans, etc need to be replaced. Ants were everywhere. The sofa in the living room was literally falling apart. The advertisement stated it was air conditioned. It was NOT. The street out front was a high traffic area with loud motorcycles at night.
