Review 1：The people up stairs above me were arrogant, noisy and rude. I was awakened at three AM by yelling and cursing. They were outside, in the parking lot, drunk and disorderly.

Review 4：The management is great. Some of the interior is older, damage and rusted. When I weigh everything overall great management and excellent for the cost.
Review 5：Bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bed made horrid noises whenever we changed positions. Bring a hair dryer. The usual amenities provided by hotels aren't available here. This is a rather run down, very used place. The promise of 'breakfast' consisted of bad coffee. Since I like milk in my coffee, I waited until we found a restaurant for breakfast.

Review 7：Nothing really. It was a place for the night. We do a lot of traveling and we would not make a booking for a host inn again. Room was small with two queen size beds. The bathroon was also small no room for toiletries on sink. No security lock on the door and door had gaps around it so you could see light from outside. As for breakfast after seeing the size of the breakfast area wouldn't eat there as area was too small.
Review 8：The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There were no blankets or extra pillows. The bottom of the tub wasn't flat so you could take a bath. It was odd shaped, pitched high on the sides and down low in the middle (like a vee shape).
Review 9：I liked that it was close to the shopping areas and restaurants. Even though the reservation email went into their spam file and they initially couldn't find it, the front desk person was very nice and helpful.
Review 10：I was on personal business, and I didn't want to pay peak summer prices for a vacation-oriented facility. Although this inn is fairly priced, rooms and breakfast are very basic. Seagulls are noisy during the night, and they left their droppings on my car.
Review 11：This inn is on a busy commercial highway, near a nice mall and restaurants. It offers very reasonable rates, so it appeals primarily to people working temporarily nearby.
Review 12：The location is ok if you have a car and want to be near the mall or airport. It's not far into town or to the beach but you can't really walk it. Air con in the room on a very hot weekend was old, noisy and ineffective - it also leaked a lot of water. Our room was on the upper floor (it's a motel-style inn) and there was no lift so we had to haul heavy suitcases upstairs The elderly black box TV took up a lot of space and for 2 women in the room the layout meant it was difficult to apply make-up and so on. The bathroom was a bit poky, but extra towels were provided on request. There's a fridge and microwave, but not easy to self cater as the TV is on the surface next to both!
Review 13：The manager was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, the beds comfortable. There's a really good French-style bakery and cafe just around the corner where you can get a lovely breakfast. It's only a few mins in the car into Hyannis, and despite the busy road, it wasn't noisy and I slept well.
Review 14：The ringer outside the door didn't seem to alert the staff when we arrived, but it was 2 in the morning! We just felt bad calling the "emergency" phone number, but the staff was very prompt when we did.
Review 15：We arrived very late at night (around 2am) but we're greeted promptly when we called the number on the door. Location couldn't be better for getting to the Nantucket ferries, 6 minutes to the Hy-Line! Room was very clean, orderly and warm, and in-room coffee was greatly appreciated.
Review 16：The staff and or customer service we received was horrible. An hour before check out they shut our cable off. When we asked for more towels they treated us like jail inmates and counted our dirty towels before giving us new ones. And when asked for an extra key for my guest/fiancee I was told I didn't need an extra one,and only after making a big stink was I awarded an extra key for my guest/fiancee. Also there was no remote for the TV and the cable had poor reception! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN...

Review 70：This was a very clean(my room 108 looked recently renovated) well runmotel. You can leave your car here and take the ferries to Nantucket. Itis definitely cheaper than parking in the ferry lots. Very friendlystaff and decent breakfast for a very reasonable price.
