Review 3：There was an additional 'resort fee' (20$ per day). I don't mind it, but they should announce the full, total rate on the website to make it easier to compare with other hotels. It's disappointing to see that all hotels we visited (including this one) offer only disposable plates and cups. That generates a huge amount of trash every day!

Review 4：The breakfast was fine (typical US hotel breakfast). The heated outdoor pool and the hot tub were very nice. There are bikes and kayaks for the guests (we used the bikes). The location is good in the middle of the Keys: snorkelling tours (we could not do this because it was too windy), drive to Key West and back in one day if needed.

Review 5：We got stuck in an old room and even though the bedroom was okay, the bathroom was unacceptable. Old, outdated and very small, they tried to make tub look better with paint but it didn't work. Make sure you get a new room!

Review 7：There was a 10% AARP discount which I could not get since I booked through Bookings.com instead of calling the hotel. Had I called the hotel directly I would have gotten a better located room, better rate and a discount. I called booking.com and got no recourse. Lesson learned call direct!

Review 26：Liked the property with plenty of tiki tables and hammocks, along with 2 pools. Best was inclusive use of kayaks, peddle boats, bikes , tennis even fishing poles! Room was clean and comfortable.

Review 27：Bathroom had mold , sink stopper was broken abd didn't drain, shower head adjuster was broke and fell off. I notified staff of bathroom issues and nothing was done. Room much smaller than pictures online.

Review 31：The management was not very friendly or accommodating to requests. The hotel has everything but they could fix it up to be fantastic. They should fix up the huts where they have tables and chairs, the boats could be in better condition and they should invest in outdoor games bc they have the space as well as an outdoor refreshment stand.

Review 32：The view from my room was spectacular and the cleaning people were fabulous. The facilities were clean and breakfast was fine.

Review 33：There are no restaurants or bars directly on the property. You have to walk over to Whale restaurant next door. The staff claimed that the beds were only 8 months old but the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and bad for your back.. The linens were scratchy and the comforters weighed a ton.

Review 45：It took us more than 30 mins to check in on a regular Tuesday night at 830pm. The front desk did not seem to have a multi-task ability, and he was frequently distracted away by requests from other guests and we had to wait for another 5 mins simply to get a map of the property from him. Extremely low efficient if any.

Review 46：This place has many resort facilities to offer, including a tennis court and a few shacks right beside its own small beach. Room is clean though looked a bit old-fashioned. Very easy to find and relatively cheaper than those in Key West.

Furthermore they charge a incredible 18Dollar as a resort fee,which "benefits" we could not even use, since the weather wasway too cold. They did not offer us any kind of reimbursement..(Although rooms, in which a shower does not work, cannot really beconsidered as hotel rooms at all !!!!!!!!) we would really adviseagainst booking this hotel! (Especially for the money they charge)

The hotel was not booked with a lot of people. He put us in the room with the ice machine & coke machine. It.made noise all night. The remote on the tv didn't work., so we had to get up to change the Chanel's. The room was hot, and there was no way to reach th air conditioner. It was an old ac placed above the door. For the price, I would have rather stayed at a days inn.

Can't sleep at night do to other guest drunk and fighting. making lots of noise right out your sliding back doors. Even thou they said there is a no noise policy after 10:00pm. I guess the resort is not family or quest the want to relax.

Review 82：Maids didn't have enough face clothes or towels. So instead of going to get some more they only gave us what they had 2 towels no face clothes. They need to have a meeting and make sure their maid service is doing their part to make sure the patrons have what they need and pay for

Being on the water was great the ocean breezes keep you cool. The pool could use resurfacing but other than that it a great place to stay! Oh and they have parking under the hotel and most of the parking has shade. I will stay there again when I return to the keys

Review 85：I was here mid august, low season, even though it was booked up over the weekend, it still seemed like we had the place to ourselves. Such a nice job of creating little secluded spots wih hammocks, lounge chairs, tiki huts, in or outside breakfast, to enjoy the awesome view, the weather and your company! Great restaurants in town. Definitely visit Chef Michaels and the Morada Beach cafe. Breakfast was varied and complete. Beach towels and bottles of water nice pleasantries.

Review 86：I have been to this resort many years ago with my father and we both had a great time, however over the years this property has changed and hasn't been updated or maintained. There are signs of wear and tear everywhere you look. Not enough space to list them all. I won't be back. Mold in the pool, water temp was very hot, carpet stunk, room smelled like Marijuana, drapes falling off the wall, railing on the balcony not secured and unsafe, AC wasn't cold, workout area was a joke and out of commision, price was excessive plus a resort fee of $18 per day, for what? Beds were deffinately not Queen size, could barely fit two people as long as no one moved the entire night.
