Review 1：> The housekeeping could have been better, the room was not cleaned thoroughly each day and bedroom slippers were only provided on our third day. > The free wifi service was not working, and it was difficult getting reception staff to answer calls made from the room.

Review 5：Very bad staff , which is weird for a hotel claim it is 5stars , quality of the food is very poor a normal street Rests is much better and have taste . , no Wi-Fi even when u pay for it it doesn't work!simply if u want to destroy your holiday book with Blue Dreams or I should call it black nightmares.

Review 6：Guest relation managers attitude when our room were late for over an hour when we were checking in, he was very rude and never apologized just been very rude which is a shame for a five star hotel. Wi-fi never worked in hotel.

Review 8：Aqua park boat was out of order and there was no spare one. Food and drink are bad vs what you paid Rooms are small and they give us tree view although we reserved sea view Snack bars are disappointing. I ate the worst pizza in my life. Ice cream is excluded in all inclusive package. We waited in line for gozleme a kind of Turkish pizza. No way to order from the table.

Review 10：Housekeeping was quite poor. Although my room was nicely decorated but there were so many chips and finger printed on doors and walls. Bathroom was never cleaned properly. I found a chewed chewing gum in the shower left on the soap dispenser. The small makeup mirror was very dirty and was never cleaned during my stay. Balcony door was not closing properly.

Review 13：It is a reasonably priced all inclusive hotel. Food is good. It is a large site with several pools and a beach and garden.

Review 14：No one, seriously no one in the hotel speaks English! The food was awful, my son got sick and I stopped eating from the buffet cause it was so bad. The kids club is a joke ( practically no toys and the lady who is supposed to animate the children sits all day round and is bored out of her mind so she spends more time on her mobile phone than with the kids. And then there is Anne, an English lady who is the guest relations manager and the only person by far who obviously speaks English, does not do her job very well.

Review 18：Before reservation plenty of advantages for honeymoon couples were presented by Hotel crew. (free reservation in alacart restaurant, champaign in room, discount for hotel costs) But during holiday it was not done. Service crew was totally rude. Most of them were from east side of Turkey.

Review 23：Too many Turkish tourists who were very rude, never waiting in line, blocking the elevators even if not full. wifi never worked in our room. To reach some rooms, you still have to take some stairs.

Review 27：Great lack of staff training. No one knows anything for sure. We have been told one thing about our laundry but the process and return of laundry was completely incorrect. Sea kayak's aren't provided if you don't rent other sea toys from them. Staff are negative about management. Staff are forced to work very long days. Doors to rooms are warped and a person outside can hear all going on inside. Doesn't seem that safe. There are no activities for adult guests such as hiking or tours of the city or nearby places of interest. You have to find out about the things to do yourselves. At this day and age not having WIFI in rooms or at the main restaurant is really not good.

Review 34：I spent my honeymoon in Club Blue Dreams with 10 other friends (mostly young couples). I can easily say that I got the perfect honeymoon. Club blue dreams was even more beautiful than its pictures. One of the outdoor pools in particular, has an spectacular view of the sea. Food was very good and diverse; And on top of everything, we enjoyed the hospitality of Ms. Anne, the hotel manager. She is very nice and caring. She made sure that our rooms were close to each other and we were happy with everything. I contacted her before our trip to organize the trip and she was very helpful. I would definitely go back to Club blue dreams in the future, especially if I know Anne is there.

Review 35：Some more variety of fruit and fruit salads would be appreciated. Also no possibility to get 'fresh' orange jus (no problem to pay extra for it). Also good 'Italian' coffee (cappuccino) was missing. The music of the bar was quite loud in the evening. Rooms are a bit noisy. All pointe are not real complaints but only suggestions for improvement!
