Review 1：The staff was very attentive and professional. I didn't make it in time for breakfast, yes the bed was that comfortable, but I'm sure it would have been great.

Review 2：The rooms are not suites. They simply have a fold-out loveseat in addition to a bed. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs if you are on the second floor. We did not get what we paid for.

Review 3：I made reservations online thinking that I had a suite for my two day stay, but I ended up with a two bed room. I made the reservations thinking that I could relax and enjoy my stay.

Review 5：Room did not have bath or wash cloths only 2 hand towels. Asked cleaning lady in hall she took room number but never returned i had to dry myself with 2 hand towels! Told front desk about insident and he said manager would call me i am still waiting for that call.

Review 11：The booking indicated that the "king bed w/ sofa sleeper" would accommodate 2 adults and 2 children... NO WAY! Sofa sleeper was a short twin and barely held one child. The hotel had no available rooms to switch us so we had to buy an air mattress. They have only rooms with 2 doubles of 1 king.

Review 17：Having to put down a CASH deposit for a cash paying customer in spite of booking.com reservation, stating no deposit. I ensured to report any findings in my room before risking my deposit. Deposit was returned upon check out and after verification was received that I didn't trash the room.:) Stains in bathroom/scuffs on wall A bit outdated but comfortable.
