Review 1：comfortable hotel good choice for breakfast close to everything but quite at night second year running at this hotel and hope to make it 3 years in a row next year.

Review 4：Car park spaces are limited and I could not get any while there for the two days. If you do 15eur. if you don't street parking 3eur/4 hrs or train station 1Kilometre away 18eur/24hr. I never thought I would make a point of this as I thought it is a silly thing. but the beds are far too soft that you sink in and the beds bow down. that gave me bad back ache ( I am not over wt, BMI 25.5). the same applied for my wife. the children liked it, but not for adults. second point, no really double bed, it was two singe beds together. that would not be nice on couples holiday, we did not feel it was nice and put us off as couple.

Review 12：Very limited choive of food during breakfast. Cleaning of room at average. For example renewing of soap and shampoo was only one time per week, dust on furniture was also cleaned not regularly. Some times noisy outside.

Review 15：Only bad point was a horrible smell coming from the basin and bath plugholes, although the Hotel boss told us that all the rooms are being renovated floor by floor. We were on the 4th floor, the floors above us had been renovated. Could also do with more sockets in the room.

Review 24：A well managed, clean hotel in an excellent position very close to promenade, harbour and shops. Good that bedrooms have balconies with side view of beach. Good breakfasts.

Review 25：The parking is not included (which Booking.com suggested it was), so we parked on the street for 2 Euros (for 2 1/2 hours). However, be careful because the local traffic warden ticketed vehicles on the street even if they were displaying a valid ticket (queue several irate Belgians and me).

Review 26：The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is located near the beach and close to the centre of Ostend. The bar is reasonably priced and well stocked and there is a good range of choice for breakfast

Review 27：The radiators were turned off I realised after the temperature dropped at night, an had to get out of bed to turn it on. Breakfast was not very hot including the drinks i.e. the coffee cool not hot.

Family rooms are really useful because they have two separate private areas. Breakfast very nice and easily as good as any major hotelier

Review 52：Un hotel familial immaculé sans fautes. I thought Hotel Princess would have to do particularly well to live up to previous guests' reviews. Don't worry - it is an excellent family-run hotel only yards (metres?) from the beach. It is obvious that a large part of the turnover is spent on maintaining the property to a very high standard. It is in fact itself a very good reason to spend a (very) long weekend, or longer, in Ostend. Go soon! The patrons are superb hoteliers.

Review 67：This is a top hotel, you name it, every aspect was first class. rooms, bathrooms, breakfeast and especially the staff were very helpful at all times of the day. A plus was that I was able to garage our car.

Review 68：Grotty, pokey room. Not updated since 70's. Noisy. Windows looking out onto flat roof with no locks so not secure. Uncomfortable beds with rock hard pillows. Cigarette burns in bed linen. Vastly overpriced.

The beach is only a stone's throw away from the beach, so I used to have a lovely walk at the beach after breakfast.
