Review 1：Breakfast was opposite on the other side in the old hotel. Busy chinese tourists in breakfast room, breakfast ok, but not a big choice. Pool area quite small.

Review 2：The A-one Pattaya Beach Resort has an excellent location near the border of the sea. However do not expect to be in a lush garden, everything around has been cooped up with other small hotels. Very friendly staff! Very clean and proper! Good parking facility.

Review 17：When my girlfriend's sister joined us to eat dinner in our room, hotel staff treated her like a prostitute and treated me like a sex tourist. Not only they disrespected me but also they degrade their own business I just paid extra 3000 Baht they asked to make the very sad scene they created finish. Think twice before you fall in love with hotels beauty and location.

Review 21：Location / architecture / interior / service.... Good helping staff and a great place with a lot of privacy given to everyone. Good food and breakfast served . When we checked in only regret was we were not alloted the rooms in the cruise shaped hotel which needs a little clarity when u book online. nevertheless the allotted one was also beautiful. The lady at the reception is very very helping and kind.

Review 22：When checking out the statement was shown in Thai Baht however what happen to me was the hotel then converted to my own currency without my permission. This meant because the hotels conversion rate is lower than the Bank I paid more and the hotel made more. It was not until I saw my Credit Card statement I was aware of this. Make sure you inform the cashier on checking out you do not want them to convert from Thai Baht

Review 23：When checking out this hotel without my knowledge or approval convertedthe bill from Thai Baht to my own currency uk Pound using their ownconversion rate which was lower than the bank rate. This resulted in mepaying more than the expected rate quoted by Booking.com. This is acommon practice so ensure you make it clear you wish to settle your billusing Thai Baht

Review 24：water need to pay for ( not free ) - breakfast similar ( not big variety ) - non HALAL meals on the menu - need to pay 1000 BAT to take your GF with you ! that`s not cool at all !

Review 26：SEA-DOO JET SKIS. The noise of these, if you are looking for a tranquil stay, will drive you crazy. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It is more like a busy canteen than a dining room and you get chased out by 1000 hrs; far too early for a holiday hotel. Do not stay in the A ONE itself. It caters for large, male only groups that arrive in their hordes.

Review 30：The parking lots for disable persons are provided by the hotel but they had been reserved by the other cars always along my stay (3 days 2 nights). The elevator of the car park could not be used by the reason of a broken switch. Anyway, it is possible if we ride from the room's floor to the car park. The complimentary breakfast and food by order are not variety and not tasty as its rather high price. I would recommend to find the food from other restaurants outside the hotel.

Review 31：I have been there with my family. My father got stroke and need to be on wheelchair. The hotel provides the facilities and slope ways quite well for the disable person. The staffs were also very nice to us. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We all had the very nice days there.
