Review 1：The lifts were too hot need to have some sort of ventilation.

Review 9：After check in, the room AC was not working, tried to call reception but the phone was not working as well. I called the hotel from my mobile and explained the stituation. First they told me it would be fixed but nothing happened. Walked back to reception talked again and finally they accept to change the rooom. My wife and son waited one and half hour under hot weather (37C). If you want to go there keep your expectation low.

Review 11：There are so many things I didn't like. First, The staff were definitely indifferent for the things we want! We could get nothing! Even a bottle of cold water! Reception is also careless what I wanted and what they did was totally different! And most importantly cleaning was terrible!! Not only us but also other guests were always complaining about the terrible job of cleaning staff. The hotel is not definitely giving a five star service to their customers. And when you think your payment, it's a huge waste of money!!

Review 12：Their food and The view was great. It is such a sad moment when you see that view and think that you just paid that much money just for that view.

Review 13：i did not like the life guards' behaviours: instead of doing their jobs, they harrassed the women sun bathing on the sea side, including myself! I had to change places every day and felt very uncomfortable.No executive staff on the sea side and the cleaners and the life guards are just annoying and harrassing people. They are staring at women; Very annoyingly. I could not guess where they recruited the personnel. Same with housekeepers at bungalows: housekeeping times changed every day: one day they did not clean the room until very late in the afternoon; the other day they knocked very hardly on the door at 08:30 am. They always shouted very loudly cleaning the rooms, talking very loudly amongst themselves. One day I returned to my room just after the breakfast: I caught the housekeeper drinking soft drinks from the minibar! Anyway: very low quality and annoying personnel.

Review 14：I liked the location, the sea, the nature, fresh and clean air and sea. Helpful staff at the reception and at guest relations; special thanks to Muge Otman for that she could make possible the impossible; always with a warm smile.

Review 15：it was crowded and the number of staff was not sufficient. So you had to wait for the tables to be cleaned, and the waiters looked tired and not caring too much. Cannot say they were rude but you feel it. The reception services were not good, again too much crowd for them to handle.

Review 29：The staff werent heplful enough and it was really hot inside the hotel especially inthe reception. They werent well organized for example when we checked in we waited for an hour which shows that they need to hire more people in the reception. The communication wasn't easy with the staff because of the languge. The wifi was a big problem its only in one floor and very SLOW. We noticed big difference when the staff delt with Turkish people they were more welcoming and helpful than with us which was really annoying. Finally, last year I stayed with my family in Kervansaray and it was way better! This year it was worse in many ways!

Review 36：The location of this hotel is perfect- much better than the crowds and smaller resorts of Bodrum. this allows for heaps of beach space, a pontoon perfect for reading a book on the comfy cushions, a big main pool and a slide pool plus we had a unit with balcony & fab view rather than a hotel room. The ferries were not operating for 2 days when we were leaving to go to Rhodes and the Customer Service Liaison (this was the English speaking lady) gave up heaps of time to check weather reports and liaise with a travel agent. Plenty of food in the restaurant for main meals so we hardly ate at the other snack bars however these had a good choice- salads, freshly cooked pizza, grilled fish. Water temp very warm (warmer than Croatia)

Review 37：Shared areas were not clean and furnitures are in bad condition. The hotel is old it needs a restoration. But, i think even a small care such as cleaning and restoring the furnitures can create a good impression. The food is cheap. The animation shows are banal.

Review 68：Almost everything except minor things. The food and its variety was excellent especially desserts. Beautifull cottage room among the wonderful garden. They were cleaning the room and replacing the towels every day. Very good and professional animation team.

Review 69：First of all if you know what a five star hotel means this place is not for you. The concept is all inclusive and I personally think that this degrades the quality so much. One example I could not even eat breakfast nor dinner. Overall if you really want to experience real five stars don't even think about this place.

Review 74：On the check-in day, the room wasn't ready and we had to wait for 60 minutes and then the receptionist and guest relations manager told us we could move to our room but no sooner we got into the room, it was still not ready. In addition to that, valet parking system definitley doesnt work since you have to wait at least 30 minutes to take your car from the valet and last one day my relatives came just to leave me a new tshirt and security asked them to pay 30 Euros entrence fee which was reall upsetting. Also we couldn't find any available seats on the beach but when we asked the receptionist to have extra seats she didn't help us.

Review 79：I was very disappointed seeing the gym inside the 5 star hotel. They have a big empty space with literally nothing inside. Some of the staff are very rude and pervertive towards females in the hotel. They seem very friendly but every chance they get from western smiles they take it as other way around. Hotels location is 15-20 min away from bodrum city center, which has marina and few night clubs that were really overpriced and expensive, most of them don't let single Guys or group of guys get in because they want to have equal female and male ratio in there. There is another party street with full of open clubs in gumbet where you can find crowd and young European and turkish mix people. Prices are still expensive for drinks as well. Clubs are trashy not worth to wear anything upscale. Another negative thing about this hotel is there is no camera system in or outside the property. If any crime or something was meant to happen there is no way to track it. Also if you are single and group of guys wanting to have one night stand, hotel security will not allow anyone that is not staying at hotel come in. So if you met a hot guy or girl that night you can forget about getting laid in kervansaray. Also hotel hygiene inside the rooms are very poor, there is no proper cleaning chemicals with staff to clean inside rooms. Pillows are dirty they only change outer sheet they don't have any protective under sheets. Overall I will never stay at this hotel with pervertive staff again. I have had many five star hotels in my vacations and seems like in turkey they give stars to hotels under corrupted system. This hotel deserves 3 stars and that is because of location and view. Oh one more thing wifi was 15 euro for 5 days and doesn't work inside rooms you have to be in lobby , at pool or at the beach no connection. Laundry is also was rip off they charged me over 100 euros for 6 piece clothing.

The food taste very bad and the choice is small. The price is okay but eventhough never ever think about to stay in this hotel if you are awaiting enjoyable vacation.
