Review 1：The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress needs replacing. The bathroom is tiny, the shower door and bathroom door cannot be open simultaneously.

Review 4：After bookin, I went to the property and asked to see the rooms before check in. I could tell from reception it was a bit out-of-date especiallt for the price..I'm glad I asked to see first as the rooms were not up to standard, old furniture, poor lighting, it just was not value for money at all..ended up booking at another place nearby which was much cheaper, really nice and comfortable.

Review 5：I am sorry to leave a bad remark as the property is nice - but when I arrived, there was no sign of my booking! The gentleman on duty told me this is a normal case with bookings made through booking.com (maybe this should be looked into). So instead of getting a Deluxe double room at the rate booked online, I got a twin standard room at a much higher rate!! This is not acceptable. I only stayed one night and moved to another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Review 10：It was an amazing time: privacy, cleanliness, and lots of friendliness. Sleeping with the curtains open with the view on the green garden gives so much relaxation. The breakfast was top!!

Review 11：our room was room no.27, above the kitchen. the extractor makes an alarm kind of sound at 5:45am, building and construction taking place right outside my room in the parking lot. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty with black mould, toilet seat was broken, the telephone did not work in the room. When the above was reported, all I got was "sorry".

Review 16：Arrived only to find out that the room was allocated to A.N Other. Alternate room allocated only to discover that there was no shower and only a bath in the bathroom. Saddly missed the first session of the business conference due to the time waste at check in.
