Review 1：It was an excellent property. Staff was helpful and very professional. The room prices seemed high, but I think that may just be the area. It was an enjoyable experience.

Review 2：Rooms are huge--but very very worn; mattresses/pillows need to be replaced. This property is way overdue for an overhaul... Bathrooms are very institutional: Good for handicapped people.

Review 3：Wifi connection was not that great. Also, the room needs more mirrors. We were two girls trying to get ready for a wedding with only one mirror in the bathroom.

Review 4：The hotel accommodated our request to check in early. I called in advance about it. I didn't even have to remind them they were on top of it when we arrived.

Review 7：Didn't use the spa, so cannot rate it. For the price and the SLH brand, we thought it wasnt up to standard. We've stayed at other SLH hotels in the world and had better experiences. The room was only ok. It needs a renovation soon and the heavy sliding bathroom door was really annoying. The breakfast was sufficient, but it was just a tiny buffet with limited selection. Again, not what I would expect in an SLH hotel.

Review 8：Location was great - on the mainroad through Napa. Gott's roadside burger joint is across the street and the fabulous Farmstead restaurant is next door. The fireplace in king deluxe room was really nice and romantic. The room was spacious. The staff was lovely.

Review 27：The price... After we saw the room and amenities. We were missing achair and we noticed that in our room as well as our friend's theupholstery on the chairs was worn down to the batting and theydidn't look clean. The view of the parking lot was softened by thetrees but still didn't warrant the price. The towels were dingylooking and my washcloth had holes in it. We asked for more pillowsbecause the two we had were very flat and very small, not at all plush.The breakfast was good but not good enough for the price. We have stayedin much nicer places for less money. We would not recommend Southbridgeto anyone. We all feel very taken advantage of.

Review 32：Bathroom was in need of updating! A slightly larger assortment of breakfast items! We normally stay at the Napa Valley Lodge which is about the same cost as Southbridge and has a very nice breakfast assortment.

Review 33：Quiet and a very low key feeling, relaxed, etc.. The location was nice for dinners and access to downtown shopping. Central location for winery visits served our needs. The Health Spa access being included is a nice benefit.

Review 34：I booked a hotel I thought was a "spa" only to find out uponarrival that the jacuzzi and pool were out of service. That fact shouldhave been told to me at the time I booked or a discount should have beenapplied to the rate as I didn't get everything I was promised andpaid for. They did offer us the use of their sister hotel a mile away.Who wants to have to drive to a different hotel in order to relax in thejacuzzi. Anybody? Also the location, while convenient to town was righton the main road directly across from a burger stand. Not the view onewants from the "lovely balcony" I was told my room had.Definitely not very pretty or romantic.
