Review 1：Satellite TV didn't work, but no issue we slept longer.

Review 2：The staff = Evgheny who helped us with all infos, the quiet area, nice building and pool. The garden was very beautiful. Very few tourists:) which is realy great, if you need to relax.

Review 3：poor wi-fi, no cable tv, no air conditioning, far from sea side (15 min walking), poor kitchen facilities, bad designed garage, elevator with minor problems, ants in rooms ...

Review 9：Wifi is not working unless on ground floor. Towels and beds lingeriehad stains. Apartment was dusty. Tv without remote or cable. Garbagewas not taken throughout the full stay (3 nights). Regardinghospitality of the front desk person, Evgenyi, and the whole check-inexperience: it was the worst of my life. We had booked the 3 bedroomsapartment (143 m2). Upon arrival although check-in was suppose to startat 14:30 he informed us that it will be 30-45 min late. We went to eat,and when we come back we did the longest check-in of my life: 1hour(full of paper writing and blabbering about Kavarna and the complexhistory). He insisted and convinced me (because of now 2 hours alreadyhave passed) that we must pay up front to finish check-in and write theinvoice (although normally that is done at the end). Then he sent uswith some pool guy to the apartment, where we discovered we had 2bedrooms not 3. The circus began.

Review 10：The bad Part 2: Evgenyi said he is just a key person not manager, thathe will try to do some phone calls or we should call Booking.com. After30 min he said he can give us also another 1 bedroom apartment on thesame floor. But when starting walking, it was actually 2 buildings apartfrom the other one and at first we refused and ask for 2 in the samebuilding. After another 30 min in which his passive aggressivecontinued, complaining about his long hours work and his English wasvanishing, and fully tired after 3 hrs of waiting in the hot weather weaccepted the additional apartment offer. Only to see the next"surprise" it was at the top floor in the attic with 2 twinbeds impossible to put next to each other because of room layout andwith an unbelievable heat. He brought us the air-conditioning remote aswe later find out is a "treat". Although we asked 3 times aday for the remote for the first apartment also, he will always say 2min, and only give it on the last day afternoon.

Review 11：We received a different type of room than booked, but we got the money difference back. Unfortunately, there is only one guy at the reception and he doesn't manage to take care of all things for the large number of apartments that the complex has.

Review 12：Nice and spacious rooms, clean, though it gives the impression that the building is still under construction in some places. The pool is nice, it is also quite close to the restaurant area and the beach.

Review 13：- WiFi - we couldn't connect to any network - there were no towels, although it was stated that they should be available

Review 14：- Free underground and guarded parking - 5 minutes walk to the beach (although the beach in Kavarna is not so impressive) - but also pretty close by car to other popular destinations in the area (Dalboka, Kaliakra, Balcic, Albena) - the apartment is very spacious, kitchen fully equiped - the place is very quiet

Review 15：the property wasn't close to the sea, the pool was very small, they've asked us to pay the hole amount for the staying in leva in the first 10 minutes after the arrival, the apartment wasn't clean, we had no towels and soap.

Review 17：not clean enough, the whole property ran out of water during our last day there, very poor wi-fi. Also, it's worth noting that Kavarna doesn't really have proper beaches.

Review 20：The apartments are very well located, and very large. The personal (especially Evgheni) is very nice, and helpful. The rooms are clean, and they offered us a 10% discount for a restaurant nearby. The price is very good.

Review 21：It your your destination is Kavarna for some reason, though the common beach for all the hotels at the coast is not good, (dirt from boats, rubbish at sand and in water), it's the best variant from hotels nearby. We liked everything in Kavarna Hills! Liked the garden around. But the town is up, 2 km from the coast, so you'd better have a car.

Review 22：The fact that the exit from the facility was through the dark hole-ways and the parking lot was a bit disappointing, but I sincerely recommend it if you are searching for a good price quality ratio.

Review 41：We were 6 people and had only 4 towels. The fridge was smelling awful and not used for some time. The WiFi working only on the pool side of the apartment. Although we booked the apartment with private pool, every apartment has access to the complex pool, so there is no private pool. The clerk told us that is private in the way that only people from the complex can access the pool. The pool wasn't very clean and the water was very cold. Far from the center town and from any shop. In order to get there you need a car.

Review 42：Close to the beach. Eugene, the clerk, knows English at medium level, so you can communicate. Very helpful guy. He told us about where we can eat and from where to buy food. A very quiet neighborhood, birds singing in the morning, flowers in the garden. Close to some restaurants.

Review 43：- Much smaller room than shown in pictures;- very isolated place; surroundings full of ruined buildings, the beach surrounded by ruins; - noise from a construction site near-by; - no good place to eat; the 'hotel' has no restaurant, and the ones near the hotel do not have good food; - very creepy parking place, very low lighted and no security (even though the friendly receptionist says there is a security patrol); - no cleaning services, no toilet paper, no towel hangers in the bathroom; Overall, it gives you the feeling you're in a bombed 3rd world place.

Review 45：Just "one man show"(staff), for all kind of matters. The entrance in the hotel was from the garage, by a creepy hall. The elevator works like an old one(very scary). Not AC in bedrooms(only in living room). The apartment was not very clean(a lot of dust), no cleaning service, dirty windows. No curtains in bedrooms, no cosmetics in the bedroom, no wi fi(only in the first day). The TV does not work. The apartment looks like it was unfinished. No mosquito nets.

Review 46：Large and nice apartment with sea view. Comfortable beds. Kitchen with all that you need for an quick breakfast. Clean bed linings(brand new). Brand new location.Nice pool.

Review 47：No internet, don't believe a word they say about internet. There's no wifi, not even at the pool. Only in the garage (where the reception is) did we sometimes have access to the internet. Bulgarka (the bar on the beach) has a good connection, so we didn't suffer too much. If Evghenyi (the receptionist) promises you a stick or that he will fix it, don't buy it, you won't have internet access there. The apartment was very dusty when we arrived. The cleaning ladies came and started to yell that it's clean, so we started to pack, but Evghenyi made them clean it again. It looked better, but not totally clean. Nothing really worked in the apartment: the bathtub and the sinks were leaking, the toilet didn't flush all the time or was leaking too, the TV was out of order, we turned it on and it started to fume... We were afraid to try the washing machine, but I can bet it didn't work. We had to buy dishwasher soap, toilet paper (it's been quite a long time since I last saw that communist toilet paper), garbage bags, sugar, salt, basically everything. I understand it's an apartment they let but they can put some dishwasher soap, nice toilet paper and garbage bags. Nobody goes vacationing to worry about these little things. Everything looks cheap, like they were in a hurry to open the complex and didn't care to check if everything works or not.

Review 48：The apartment is very spacious, the beach is quite nice, very close and not crowded. If you're looking for one of those beaches with loud music, umbrellas and seats, this is not the place for you. We loved the beach because it was wild and clean. There is a very nice bar right on the beach, great food and friendly stuff (Bulgarka, don't miss it).

Review 49：The apartment was not very well cleaned - not really dirty but dusty, probably because the complex has been open recently.

Review 50：The apartment we booked was really huge ( 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and well equipped; nice location and very good value for money. The receptionist was very helpful and nice, very polite and enthusiastic. The complex has a private parking which was a relief. The beach is nice and the restaurant Balgarka which is situated exactly on the beach is wonderful - from food to staff and location. Definitely recommend it.

The pools are nicer than showed in the pictures (there are 2 pools, one 1 m and one 1.5m deep), The beach is at ~400 m and it's a small and isolated one, between 2 hills (very cozzy). Nice piano bar on the beach. Good food and small prices. We recommend the location if you want to charge your baterries.
