Review 1：- We booked double bed and there were 2 single beds attached - bathroom was old - super slow wifi - room smelled bad - our next door people made a noise at 2am at the balcony and it continued until 5am even we complained 3 times. We couldn't sleep at all that night.

Review 7：When you enter room it smel due to moisture in bath room. And when you remove room key fan in bathroom switches off. Mold smell. Our room was at street side and at night time was noisy.

Review 13：Its a bit expensive for the small room I had. The smoking area is right where you pass bye to go in and out of the hotel so its not nice to breath other peoples smoke. The A/C was not very good.

Review 15：The hotel has a serious problem . My first room smelt really badly of mould and was certainly unhealthy to be in. I changed rooms and the problem was slightly better. The slattered area outside shower cant drain through NO FALL FOR WATER , and WATER POOLED UNDER TIMBER SLATS AND WAS BLACK WITH MOULD . I think every room has this terribly designed area and should never have passed any building inspection. I asked for cleaning staff to come in and wash and dry the area. They were very obliging and sorry, but i understand it was not their fault. The Hotel had cable but didn't have 'Golf Channel' ,'Universal' or 'Australia Ch' ?? Any response?, Hotel please respond by email. I was there 19-21Oct. Gary

Review 19：I informed the hotel when i made my booking that we will be celebrating my boyfriend's birthday on our arrival. However, the staff didn't pay attention for it, we didn't receive any ameities arranged for us. Even upon checking in, none of the staff greeted my boyfriend. I tried to tell one of their staff about this, but still they didn't even care about it, this is not what I am expecting from a 4 stars hotel. I was disappointed.

Review 25：On the check out we were charged for slippers which we didn't take, I decided to pay 200Thb (AUD 8)just to avoid opening our packed bags to prove that we didn't take it. It left a bit of sour taste of the whole experience.

Review 33：The toilet door could not be locked and you could easily see one barhing in the bathtub as the opaque glass is not so opaque. This is ken distributed sight wen you're travelling with a group of friends but not couples I suppose :D Oh and yes Overpriced minibar and we had to pay for the whole couch (3500 baht)which we slightly dropped cigarette's ash.

Review 83：The glass covering the bathroom was kind of transparent to the bedroom, so it will be kind of weird for people who are not a couple to see their friends showering.

Review 84：The staff at Hotel Vista Pattaya were very helpful and friendly. The location is also really convenient, few minutes walk to the beach and other places. The tours organized by the hotel are good too. I would return to this hotel if given a chance

Review 89：I asked for taxi to receiption staff, the staff call me song thauw...they cannot see the difference between taxi and song thauw..and when I ask to cancelled the order, the song thauw driver talk loudly and anger look like want to fight with me...its not my false becoz its not my order, and the staff hotel not responsibility to handle this situation..they only said : song thauw is taxi...very bad experience in vista hotel...no more using this hotel..

Review 91：Breakfast is average. Seafood buffet dinner is very simple and not variety. Our rinse spray host is out of order, we have to tell them 6 times for coming to repair. Too many prostitutes in the hotel. The guest has to pay to the hotel to bring the girl to stay overnight .I talked to one of the iranian guest who brought the girl . It is a pity coz the hotel itself is very nice Swimming pool needs more care , dirty

Review 93：The hotel was being renovated (something that I was not told when booking or while receiving the room) was a lot of noise of power tools and construction workers in the morning and we were on vacation and we had not been to sleep as we wanted, it is our pleasure vacation defect.

Review 98：The lack of a sea view ( although to be fair we weren't expecting one). The Spar was closed for re-furb. The booking suggested free tickets for sunbeds on a private part of the beach, but these were no longer available. Tables at breakfast were not always readily available at peak times.
