Review 1：The staff, the room opened up to the ocean !! The room was spacious and clean. The shower was heaven. Request for rooms on the first floor, as they open up and you can walk onto the beach

Review 2：A canopy on the balcony could help when you want to braai and its raining. More umbrellas at the swimming pool will help a lot.

Review 7：The cleaner hanged wet towels on a dirty balcony table and expect us to wash with the same towels. If only everything can be cleaned before the guests occupy the room it will be better.

Review 8：The studios are extremely small and if you want to relax you have to lie on the bed or sit on the uncomfortable chairs at the very small table in the room, the cupboards do not have enough space for clothes need more shelves, the balcony needs an umbrella, the geyser is set so hot that you can make tea with the water, geysers must be controlled with timers its a huge waste of electricity. Definitely need more umbrellas at the swimming pool guest are fighting for an umbrella in the morning

Review 14：The Menu from the Restaurant was very limited. The Menu displayed some cocktails but they are not available in the bar.

Review 15：The hotel is great, we loved it. The food we ordered from the restaurant was good. We loved the Location and position of the Hotel, you just fall from the bed and you are at the beach. Excellent I can say.

Review 16：That we were told to leave halfway through our stay dye to an issue with the booking. But eventually it was resolved. But it was still an inconvenience, and Luckly I had my laptop with my emails to prove our booking.even though I had personally called a few days earlier to confirm our stay.

Review 18：The fact that my booking was split between 1 night each instead of 2 nights. There was obviously a reason for this, but it was not communicated either by the agent who supplied the guest certificate or the reception staff. Just to receive a note under the door that we have to move to another unit. Really?. this was then changed the morning while getting ready to take my luggage to the car. This was really upsetting.

Review 19：Had to ask constantly for the patio to be cleaned. Was moved from one room to another during our stay. Apparently it's how it works and bookings.com were suppose to tell me that.

Review 22：Quality unit and balcony. Nice size TV. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. There was always parking available in the complex with good security. Everything was always spotlessly clean. All the staff always friendly.

Anybody can enter the building. Without hassles via the staircase.i was very disappointed with the calamari we ordered fr the Crayfish inn it was sooo tuff we couldnt eat it! The rest was fine thank u.

Review 29：Booking was a nightmare. It seems it was a different company doing bookings. Slow at replies and slow at giving the information to the resort. On the day of arrival in the afternoon the resort still couldn't see my booking that was made and paid in full 5 months earlier.

House keeping starts way too early, 9:30am is acceptable but 8:30 is way too early if you want a relaxing lie-in.

Booking.com advised on our bookingconfirmation that Wifi is available everywhere and is free!!!!!!!!!!!!It is not free so please get your facts correct and change thepublished info.

Review 35：The fact that WiFi is advertised as free but the hotel contradicts this and demand payment from customers. Also, some of the facilities are derelict and seem to require maintenance or replacement, e.g., toilet seats.

We moved out on the 2nd night because we could not stand the smell, the noise and the cockroaches. The doors on the patio can not lock so we had to hide all valuables as everything cant fit into the safe. We booked into Zimbali Coutry resort for the same nightly rate as Lamontagne also through booking.com.
