Review 1：It was dirty and uncomfortable. Someone else's used soap was still in the shower, so I assume it hadn't been cleaned. It needs to be refurbished. The staff were rude. It absolutely blows my mind that they get away with charging what they charge: an equivalent hotel in Brisbane and other capital cities would be $100/night.

Review 3：The rooms were not cleaned to standard. The cupboards in the kitchen were covered in filth from the previous patron, with a very unappealing smell throughout the apartment. The quilts were torn. There was no lighting appliances for the stovetop. The curtains in all rooms were covered in brown/red stains. Carpet stained and felt very unclean and in desperate need of an replacement! Staircase to rooms covered in filth and grime.

Review 4：The location is very nice, overlooking the Swan River and very close walk to the CBD, bus stops and the cruise terminal. The staff seemed friendly, though our complaints about the torn quilts were not acted upon during our stay

Review 5：Interior could do with a major overhaul. Green painted cupboards and carpet well past it's used by date. No view from the room on the lower floor.

Review 15：The room was very dirty, the carpet has not been cleaned forever, neither was shower. You can use the kitchen but you are obliged to clean up after you cause you are threatened to be charged $40 per hour for cleaning if you don't. Very old and noisy air conditioner.

Review 28：Very family friendly. We have 3 children, they had their own room and TV, and we had our own adjoining room with TV. Impressed that both rooms were so spacious and clean and both had dining tables. The reception was very friendly and helpful.

And instead of going upstairs and checking if we wracked the place or took something the deposit was withdrawn anyway. I would have hoped for a more customer orientated receptionist.

Review 108：Advertised as having an airport shuttle. The airport shuttle is provided by a third party ($15 each way) and only stops at a hotel that is 15 minutes walk from City Waters. Also, the shuttle does not run all day everyday. So I had to pay an extra $70 in cab fares that I was not intending. Have a car if you intend to stay here.
