Review 1：i got miss led by information about the place there was no indoor pool no pool Tobías at all we were about to go some where else instead they officer us a big er room the first room was too small for us the manager was great and understand understandable

Review 9：we have come the past 4 years for our wedding anniversary because we got married in Hyannis harbor but the past two years they have not left bottle of champagne that I've asked for and have not said happy anniversary once.

Review 10：handicapped room - ok but no chair to sit at desk, no tissue box, we used hot tub - ok - but next morning no hot water for showers!!!! the usually filling complimentary "buffet" breakfast was replaced by made to order breakfast which was good - but not as satisfying as the international inn was before.

Review 14：The room was dirty, the halls and parking lot were not maintained. The room was outdated, bed was cheap and uncomfortable, the four shower head bathroom and heart shaped tub were unimpressive to say the least.

Review 16：Hotel is outdated and somewhat dirty. Mattresses were horrible...lumpy and sink to floor when you sit on them. Nylon blankets are gross. We were even afraid to stand in the shower :(

Review 18：The place is run down, and my room was very noisy thanks to the vending machines on the hallway and some constant noise from the next room which was not a guest room. Furthermore, the window opened into a small triangular courtyard with AC exhausts and some bright light. I wanted to pay cash, but staff said it was not possible. Also, staff gave no information about breakfast options or anything else. For that, the price is definitely too high.

Review 19：we accidentally didn't reserve a room with a jacuzzi. Although the hotel practically empty the staff did not give us a room with a jacuzzi as a courtesy..not good PR..

Review 23：The facility is so dirty an outdated. Deck to get in was rickety, door wouldn't open, walls in the hall to room has falling off wall paper an dirty brown spots, couldn't get room door open. Ceiling tiles has holes an brown dirty stains, lights were very dark in the room could barely see. All tiles in bathroom had mildew stains between then, chipped.smelled very bad, sewer smell. Stayed 2 minutes and left Photos false advertising!

Review 26：Very comfortable room and linens, bathroom good and ordinary. Nice continental breakfast. The surprising part was all china dishes, linen napkins, lots of really nice touches (as compared to the total paper service of motels). We got a great deal and this is obviously a much nicer place than we had a right to expect for the price. About a 10 minute walk to the ferry east down Main St. Had a great late night dinner at Tap City Grille, good quality food, nothing fancy.

Review 27：I was right by one of the exit doors and in the middle of the night some drunk went in and out a few times and eventually locked himself out. He started pounding on the door and yelling. There was no way to call the front desk. Another minor annoyance was that the card listing the TV channels didn't match the TV.

Review 29：Good size rooms with hot tub inside, showers are awesome with great water pressure. The staff was excellent, I made a mistake when booking and the staff was able to correct it and still made everything perfect.

Review 30：Very dated . Shower was completely needing attention. It appears dirty. I believe for the amount of $ you pay a night that the quality should be equal. My family owns rental property and truly paint and decor go a long way! The colors etc. should be changed and at least have a curtain that covers the window. One panel looks ridiculous. All it speaks is that the owners don't care. Very unfortunate.

Review 38：Hallways were extremely hot- no A/C. Jacuzzi jets were not working properly. First morning, maids came in made the bed, took all dirty towels and didn't leave any clean ones and did not leave eXtra toiled paper. We had to get them at the front desk when we came back late in the evening. Second day no maid service what so ever and our keys stopped working. Woke up at 530 am the next day with no water pressure.

Review 40：When we 1st checked in we were given our room key and went to the room and found out that the room we had been sent to was not the room we booked online we went back down to the front desk and they upgraded us to the plaza suite cause they didn't have anymore of the room we had booked..the room and the jacuzzi were fantastic

Yes, the room is outdated (plaza suite with horrible wall paper), pool was drained, kitchen closed. Hotel needs a serious influx of capital. BUT- it was super fun. Place was clean, just worn. And for the price, I was extremely satisfied. Bed was comfortable, ac worked great, hot tub was the best. We opted for the Brazilian steakhouse next door, which was great. Drinks even better. Walked up and down the street, got ice cream that was delicious. All in all, can't beat the price for prime time and we had a blast. We will be back - soon. You get what you pay for, and I feel it was worth every cent.

Review 45：Room was not serviced. Maid came by dropped off towels, gave us an attitude and didn't clean the room. Called front desk during the day asked to make sure the room was cleaned. When I arrive it was exactly how I left it in the morning. Poor service and lack of commitment from management.

Review 47：I didn't have hot water in my room and facilities never showed up to fix it, so I had to pack our stuff and move to another room that looked very old with flowered wallpaper. I liked my first room so much better.

Review 48：we were the only people in the building. The building needs significant renovation, the AC did not work, and the room was steamy and dark. The bathroom was small, and the door was falling apart. I was afraid to leave my car unattended in the parking lot and my girlfriend feared for her safety. The front desk stag was polite, helpful, and did cancel out reservation with no hassle. Great location if it was properly renovated.

Review 49：The location is choice, but the building was like the Overlook Hotel in "The Shining"

Finally at 5 pm we were given a better than we paid for room ( appreciation of our suffers), but the door lock was broken. We decided to leave it as is. Only on check out we told the front desk that the lock had never work. Also When the neighbors were using Jacuzzi in their rooms it felt like this Jacuzzi is in your room. you understand that people may use Jacuzzi after 11 pm too. In addition restaurant and pool did not work.

Review 60：Pool had no water in it(was 85*out), when I booked the room I did ask if they had a pool was told they did but was never told it was empty.was told hot breakfast , restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. No hot water. Call front office to ask for a blanket and was told I would have to walk to the front office to get it myself. My friend, I was with is handicapped, they put us on the second floor and no elevators. Was very disappointed.

Review 61：The swimming pool was closed for cleaning yet no pool maintenance personnel or equipment were ever seen during our many trips in and out of the hotel. Your hotel needs updating.

Review 62：The next door neighbors were extremely loud late into the night and we could hear everything in the hallways. Noise insulation was not very good inside our room.

Review 63：In-room jacuzzi would not shut off completely--it was buzzing all the time. Wi-Fi did not work plus swimming pool was under repair which was an unpleasant surprise to us.

Rolling her eyes and being annoyed. the person that we were told was the gm refused to talk to an upset customer on the phone. The room smelled nice, but had been badly panted, the bedside table lights didn't function. Generally bad all around. Pool wasn't functioning, restaurant was closed..

I had other family members staying here with my grandchildren and did not like them being exposed to this. Place needed updating bathroom had jacuzzi tub I was afraid to use due to the university cleanliness and the formic coming off the vanity. Would not stay there again and would not recommend. What was on the site was not the truth and pictures made the place look beautiful! Which was false. And the pool was closed for the season and it was August!

Review 84：Rooms are advertised on this site for 2+2; the sleeper sofa was only forone person! My wife had to sleep with both kids on the queen bed, whileI ended up on the sofa. Hotel is old and not very well maintained. Floorwas sticky (hardwood) or greasy (carpet). The location (Hyannis) hasalmost nothing to do with Cape Cod... So the price I paid wasdefinitively too much! A very expensive, but very cheap hotel!

Review 85：Night Manager was very nice, tried to accommodate us at best. He changedour room immediately as soon as I told him the room he gave us had aterrible smell; was also very kind to let us pick our sheets for thesleeper sofa.

Review 100：Incredibly disappointed! The room did not even remotely resemble what was advertised on the website. It was old and dirty with not a single update as advertised. The pool was green and closed throughout our stay which was a major disappointment to the kids. I feel we should have been notified before arrival that the home had not been updated and the pool would not be accessible during our stay. Furthermore, I question the security of this hotel as we were awakened at 3:00 am by a group of young men yelling and threatening and trying to gain entry to the room adjacent to ours. Not worth a cent!

Review 101：The place was bad stayed there two nights . got clean towels opened one a bug came out the other towel had dryed up blood on it was very upset. Went there the room looked nothing like the internet was dirty wouldn't tell anyone I know to go there. The pool was closed no lounge well that was closed too I should have just droves there and I would gave never stayed there landspCing was very poor too

Review 102：Kitchen was shut down for some "reason", therefore not much of a breakfast - just some cold milk, cereals, coffee, supermarket croissants and mini muffins. Wifi existed, but basic, poor quality - maybe depends on the room.

Review 106：Once we parked the car just beside the pest control truck, the guy who came out from the hotel gave us is card. It says " we don't rest as long as pest is your guest"... Good to know : ) . At the same moment, we figured out that the pool was close just by it's green color. Our assumption was confirmed once we got inside and we also learned that the kitchen was in renovation, so there was no hot breakfast as included. In the morning we where happy to see that, instead of eggs and bacon, there was 4 kinds of cereals... but no milk. the poor guy who manage the kitchen says he could get some but only after 10 am. On top of thing, we had a view on a huge container 3 feet in front of our room windows. At least we had some great fun laughing about all this.

Review 107：This place was the worst experience I ever had! The amenities that were shown were closed (pool and restaurant)upon arrival. We had an issue with the jacuzzi tub in our rm which they said there was no problem with,switched to another rm and still problems. I added an extra day but it was not shown.A manager was never available. I was promised a call and discount for all the issues but never received a call or restitution. Booking.com should not be recomending this place, it was terrible. I will never go back and definately not recommend it. The staff and management was very uncooperative to make amends! It ruined my vacation!

Review 123：They claim to have an outside pool but when we were there the pool was close and was waiting to be inspected. That should of been done before the season started. Very disappointed because i asked the front desk about the pool upon checking in and she said that it stays open until night time she didnt inform me that they are closed for the weekend waiting on inspection.

Review 124：Vananssa was rude. We checked in at 3:00!and when we got to our room house keeping was cleaning our room. I called the front desk and Vananssa told me that she can tell house cleaning to stop cleaning. We waited 30 minutes to get to our room after we checked in. Plus dead flys in bathroom we didn't bother reporting.

Review 127：Flush leaked and ran all night, ac had one mode no matter how you adjusted it, bathroom door right off the hinge, on the second night our keys wouldn't work to get in our room at 10:30pm, the wster was scalding (a huge hazard for those with kids) and the one flat sheet on the bed would not stay on.
