Review 1：Beds are quite a personal thing but for me, the ones here were not good and left me in some pain in the mornings. I appreciate the nightlife is why most people visit Pattaya but be aware that the hotel is on a busy street in the heart of the action. The surrounding beer bars will play loud music until at least 3am every morning which you will hear in your room (i really struggled to sleep most nights) and you have to run the gauntlet of bar girls and hawkers every time you leave the hotel. This is initially a novelty but unless the bar girls is your reason for visiting, soon becomes tedious. I would not recommend this as a family suitable hotel due to its location unless you are very open minded.

Review 2：Fair size room with good ac. Shower ran hot. Mini bar for storing cold drinks. TV with a decent channel selection in various languages. Food from the on - site cafe was reasonable (though better could be had cheaper from the food carts on the soi outside), 3 pools, the rooftop one in particular was nice. Overall ok for the price. Staff were efficient if not particularly friendly.

Review 7：The first room allocated was DIRTY. We asked to change room and the service was fast. We were allocated to a newly renovated wing but the area is too close to the pubs just right opposite. The loudness of music caused us unable to sleep well. We finally dozed off at 4am plus after our drunken neighbours were back to their room. We will not come back again.

Review 8：The breakfast spread is good and delicious. It is near to the beach and just 2mins walk away from The Central mall. The location is good but too noisy in the night and lasted till midnight.

Review 35：Wifi is not reliable sometimes The place was overrun by Indians. I am not racist. In fact, some of my best friends are Indians. However, those guests were not cultured at all. It felt like they came from rural India and did not see much of life. They were very noisy and inconsiderate. The occupied the swimming pools and sat on the front steps of the hotel. They even laid down in the lobby! The whole atmosphere was not pleasant. During the period of my stay, I would say that 90% of the guests were Indians of that nature.

Review 70：Check in was a nightmare. The desk attendant was unfriendly and even told me I could go elsewhere if I wasn't happy! The hotel should state there is a room key deposit required and that this has to be paid in cash. As a single female traveler, I try to not carry large amounts of cash on me. She was rude to other guests as well. From past experience I know to ask for a room in the new wing. The room had just been serviced but there was dust and smudges on the furniture. The bathroom had a mouldy smell and the bedding (duvet) seemed to have been smoothed over on the unused side of the previous occupant. Free wi fi didn't work unless I opened the door and sat in the bathroom :(

Review 78：The cafe down stairs was terrible, didn't seem as though the cook tries to make cook food, the pepper steak looked good on the menu but when I ordered it something told me not to eat it but I didn't listen to myself, I took two bites and hated it. I ordered it Thursday afternoon and have been sick every since then and today is Saturday, how do I know I got sick by this steak because I didn't / can't eat anything else since I eat two pieces of the steak because my stomach can't hold anything down on the plane ride nor once I made it home.

However, I find it great as it is a budget hotel but there are bell boy ready to serve us and help us to carry our luggage to the room. Not to mentioned their lovely breakfast! There are plenty of choices and they do have difference menu everyday! ( Stayed there for 4 nights) Love the location whereby you can easily catch the song theow from the beach road or 2nd road.

Review 97：It was our second stay there in 2 years and standards are still the same. The staff made our 3 year old feel special and made for a friendly relaxed environment. Breakfast was fresh and varied as always. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and the swimming pools were clean and safe. Ideal location on Soi 8 just 50 metres from Beach road and a 10 baht trip to Walking St via Song taow. We will stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

General Notice to all travelers : When you book with booking .con or other websites , they did not mention the hotels in Thailand will take extra money for insurance policy ,for example ( You book 3 nights costs you 3600 baht they add deposit 1000 baht , they will return it back when you finish your stay ) do not surprise when you arrive to any hotels in Thailand , this is normal procedure.
