Review 1：Garden room having bad moisture smell, veranda door don't look, bathroom in poor condition, we couldn't handle it.

Review 2：After we change the room from garden view to see view, the new room has big terrace with amazing view, can't find such picture in any other places.

Review 7：Checkin experience was horrible, took 3 people to check us in when we arrived! Also we booked the deluxe room with Seaview and instead got a ground floor room with glimpses of the sea!

Review 8：The room was very small, and stank of cigarettes, we left the windows open all the way, but unfortunately we had rain, and it got really bad. The maintenance was slightly on the poor side, with less safety consideration for children, electrical cables etc. Their à la carte was almost non existent as they didn't have a decent booking system or process, slightly unfair! And there were no hotel shuttles in or out of Bodrum, or at least we were not informed of it. This is just a note, not a dislike: Their spoken English is quite poor, so the experience may not be as nice for the English speaking guests.

Review 16：there is no escaping noise at this hotel with three different musical performances taking place during dinner time, simultaneously, you could not hear one for the others. waited an hour and a half to get into my room but the manager compensated with free massage. A nice place for kids if you don't mind the racket but too busy and loud if you want peace and relaxation.

Review 20：The overall experience was spoiled by the lack of consistency in service; the mini bar and toiletries not being replenished consistently from day to day; the gym closing at 7pm when most 5 star hotels open till 10pm; services offered some days on the beach were not offered in the same frequency or at all on others; the food quality being generally poor; the staff and management were ill-equipped or had no desire to except or react to my feedback even though I gave the team the opportunity to rectify my problems; the room WiFi didn’t work for 24 hours and nothing was resolved even though the fault was reported, and then further the TV and the phone stopped working, but at this point I gave up complaining as I had run out of energy to complain further.

Review 22：house keeping is very bad, you call many times no one show up, amenities are very poor for such a brand and hotel, we stayed in family suit and supposed to have also special amenities for kids, nothing! They don't change bed sheets for the whole of your stay unless you tell them. Rooms need renovation and major cleaning. Internet always not working. Very expensive for what we have paid, 1100 usd per night.

Review 24：Gets crowded during the busy period... But a lot of staff is thrown to deal with this. Proximity to airport and Bodrum is superb but the sea water is a bit stale in the lagoon.

Review 25：Great location, facilities, all inclusive ensures minimal hassle if travelling with family / kids. Staff tries hard but at times lacks resourcefulness or forgetful during busy periods. Really liked 24/7 medical facilities. Kid had asthma attack and was treated within an hour at affiliated medical clinic. Everything was dealt with efficiency and professionalism.

Specially Mr gokhan , the front desk manager was very helpful till the day that we left the hotel. And he didnt rejecte even one of our requests. They had a centralized system where the summer starts by end of May and until then the AC will not work, except for the heater. We found this to be very odd for such a beautiful resort. They did provide us with a fan instead.

Review 39：All staff in person are very welcoming and helpful - but there is a big miscalculation made by the management. We met many newcomers in every department, who were not informed enough about the hotel or what they had to do. There were no big problems but as a guest you want to be able to ask a simple question and get a straight answer without waiting for the asked person to fetch you the answer from someone else. There were also some minor things like the broken mirror on our bathroom wall, or the fact that we never got a towel for our floor or that it took housekeeping hours and four phone calls to bring an extra pillow. When you enter a hotel with a great entryway, big pillars wrapped in gold and everything is oversized and shiny, you expect the very best. Therefore the food seemed bland - the service was moderate... animation team was very busy doing their best to excite the guest... We were lucky to receive a room on the bottom. Be prepared to walk a steep path to the rooms.

Review 40：Very nice rooms with huge beds. Great location - sandy beach, clean as a bathtub sea... all just picture perfect! Kids Club staff seems to be working around the clock. They are very forthcoming and always with a smile on their faces... and you can tell that it is their second nature, no one can make one work this way.

Review 41：Very loud music at night from the outdoor bar. Even far away room you could hear noise while trying to sleep its a bad experience. Overall service was too slow for a five star hotel. This includes reception, room service and house keeping.

Review 44：Simplest basic service was absent. The room A/C was not

Review 45：staff or not freindly, not very much co-operative and looks like they are not enjoying their job, very few smiles, not willing to offer any help unless you ask for many times. The AC is the room was not working and I called twice to get it fixed and noone came and I had to go to the recption to get someone to fix it. also same at check out I had to go to reception to get somone to collect my bags when I was coming I forgot my kids swimsuites in one bag in the bus and informed the reception and was delighted when they informed me that they'll send someone to the city (15 min) by car to pick it for me but despite multiple follow ups nothing happened till next day noon and I had to go myself to the city to get it. (they wasted my time waiting for their action for nothing) the hotel brochure & map they gace it to me in Turkish language and when I asked for english one they said they don't have one. the guest relations lady wasn't even smiling when she recived us and although I had full board booking she just showed me where the rsturant is without bothering giving any extra information about timinglhotel facilities or kids club and when I asked about them she told me all this information are in the hotel brochure (which was in Turkish Language :( ) if you want to have nice hotel with minimum interaction with staff this would be nice hotel but when it comes to staff (except kids club) I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Review 123：Hotel is very old. Just some of common areas were renovated. That was cold to swim and indoor pool temperature was 21 degree Celsius. Why do you have indoor pool at all if you do not heat it??? No bath robe in the room. Rooms are rather small and old. No hot tub. So this hotel does definitely not look like a luxury one and it 100% not a value for money. There are some really luxury hotels around like Kempinski that cost cheaper.

Review 130：Excellent location - nature and sea.There was a feeling that this hotel is located in a huge park.I had only breakfasts there which were plenty and delicious. It is good for the people who want to spend their days only at the hotel. Because Rixos is located on the way to the airport therefore there are no shops, restourants around. For these things you should take a bus to the city. Buses stoped at the entrance of the hotel. It usually takes about 15 min to arrive in the city.

Review 131：You may find everything a bit small, the room, pools, fitness center etc...we were there in a off season so it was perfect for us but if it's in a high season, I can easily see that it would be overcrowded everywhere... And no bathtub!! Above all, we could've missed a flight back home because someone at the front desk forgot to arrange a taxi for us to the airport!!! It WAS a close call.

Review 132：We had such a great time. The room was rather small but liked its interior. The staff members were all friendly.Especially the guy at the fitness center, I believe his name was Valkan was very helpful and my BF enjoyed working out very much there thanks to him. And also the guy at the activity desk by the pool was very fun and nice. They all made our vacation a little bit more special! We also enjoyed the overall laid-back atmosphere of the hotel.
