Review 1：The property was overrated at 2 stars. It was overpriced, dated, and not well maintained. It was not clean, and the breakfast was yukky. In short, I'm surprised at the rating and your endorsement!

Review 3：As much as I like the location of the hotel, I didn't really like how open it is to everyone in security terms. If something can be done about it, it would be nice.

Review 4：I liked the location, cleanliness, customer-friendly, especially the lady that attended to me when I arrived (1st September), breakfast, etc. In a nutshell, keep up the good work.

Review 5：It was convenient for me coming from Clovis NM from La Mesa. I didn't have to look for it as I was right there. And I got to see the fireworks easily on July 4th.

Review 8：Untrained staff put 2 night instead of the 1 we booked pending on our credit card. Then, maybe in a failed effort to change that, created over $1000.00 in pending charges on our account, making that credit unavailable to us for the next week of our trip. Would not stay here again.

Review 10：The bathroom was disgusting, it still had hair in and on the shower fromthe previous guests. We made sure not to touch the walls or any of thefloors and did a "college clean-up" - left on our sandalswhile in the shower plus put down a towel in the bathtub to stand on.The toilet had merely been wiped down with a towel, no actual cleaningproduct whatsoever. It was funny to see that even the cleaningcrews' uniforms weren't pressed, they may have been clean butwere wrinkled and unfitting, almost as though they didn't care aboutwhat they did. This would be the only thing they need to do better on -the cleaning staff!

Review 11：The initial lady at the front desk was very sweet and recommended theroom we stayed in - 224. Even though it was an older building and room,it was roomy enough. The continental breakfast was good for what it wasworth and parking was great! The location was quite nice, being rightoff the loop was easy access to many of the major points in the area.

Review 12：I asked for a first floor non smoking room. I have 2 small children, one with asthma. I got a second floor room and the hotel has no elevator. I also got what they said was a non smoking room but it was between 2 smoking rooms.

I grabbed my stuff, got out-shoke out everything-then went back in to get a few in a cup to take downstairs to the desk,before I found another place to stay for the night. The next day, thehotel management denied everything and would not refund my money.Don't go to the plaza inn midlands tx.

Review 25：The wifi would disconnect every once in a while. Did not take much to get it going again though. My last day in the room I received a phone call from the desk and they informed me that they were replacing the hot water boiler and that I would not have hot water that day. That wasn't an issue since I had already showered. I'm sure that was only a one time replacement so nobody should have that problem staying here in the future. The pool is located outside.

Review 26：Staff was friendly. Rates are near $100 less a night than most other hotels in the Midland area. For having cheaper rates I wasn't expecting much of a room. The non-smoking, king bed room I was given exceeded my expectations by far. I was very pleased with the room and felt comfortable. The bed wasn't very soft but I personally sleep better on hard beds so it worked great for me. The room I was in had a LG, flat screen television that worked great. The television has HDMI and RCA ports for any device that you would need. The lamps on both sides of the bed had outlets to charge phones or plug in any other device. Overall I had a great stay and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

Review 27：The room wasn't cleaned due to the shortage of staff due to the severe inclement weather. Requested a "smoking" room which wasn't ready since it wasn't clean,also, requested a"king" size bed which wasn't available prior to my check-in. Beds wasn't changed, wasn't vacuumed. My wife & I was willing to change the linen on the bed since the hotel was short-staffed due to the (icy) weahter.

Review 36：Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very clean with good beds. The bed linens are good quality. I was a bit worried due to the amount of transient work crews that were also staying at the hotel but there was no problem at all......very quiet and peaceful location.

Review 38：Apparently Midland Texas hotels are able to increase their room rates because the place is in an 'oil boom'. There were no excellent reviews on line for hotels under $200 per night, but we found this one probably among the best values for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Was sent to a second floor room and had to haul all of my luggage up there. -They did not clean my bath tub for a few days and it was plugged. -Microwave was too old and was peeling paint, had to ask for it to be replaced. -Could not walk barefoot because the carpet was too dirty -The interior is a mix of new and old/worn out furniture -Do not stay here if you are a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe walking out of my room at dark. There are too many rough looking workers from the oil wells. -Had to come to reception and ask for extra toilet paper because they said they do not deliver that stuff to the room.

Review 122：The work that was being done on property. It was noisy ALL day long with half the property blocked off due to stairs being torn down. I felt that I over paid due to this. It should have been told that construction was being done to property and would be very noisy all day long. I could constantly hear this in my room throughout the day. On top of that I was in a major car wreck and had a major concustion and headache with all the noise ALL day long.

Review 123：The people that worked were great. I loved the fact that it had outside doors so I could have a non smoking room and just walk outside to smoke a cig and not have to go downstairs via elevator etc.
