Review 1：Nothing...it was perfect.
Review 2：This wonderful place was roomy and clean and comfortable and stocked with amenities. We had a quiet, restful stay. Sue is a gracious host, and we felt most fortunate to be staying at her lovely lodgings.
Review 3：I wish the bed had a pillow top. The shower in the bathroom had low flow.
Review 4：The location is a few miles east of Hot Springs. It was a dark rainy night when we arrived so the owner, Sue, drove her car to the entrance and put on her blinkers to help us. She also upgraded our reservation to a family suite with kitchen and dining room. It was very quiet and comfortable.

Review 6：Sue! So nice and such a wonderful house and location for the price. A very cozy house with more than everything you could need- even a piano! If you want to never feel like you left home and still enjoy the Black Hills, stay here!

Review 14：did not even stay. once we seen the location(out in the middle of nowhere) all that is there is the ladys house and one teeeeny tiny cabin, like 6 miles out of town, room was paid for and we left to find other accomodations
Review 15：We couldn't locate the facility with our GPS so we had to call. It is not in a difficult location or out of the way - once we found it - we just couldn't get there via the GPS.
Review 16：A lovely "home". We stayed in part of what used to be a house. It had a nice kitchen, dining and living room along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also had a nice sunroom overlooking a very green yard with a lovely little river with small falls. It was clean and spacious. The owner was very nice and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again.

Review 18：I liked our cabin, and the location was convenient, pretty close to everything. Would definitely recommend to friends. Owner was a sweetheart, I had to leave one day early & she was very understanding.
Review 19：No breakfast, but the cost is low so you can make your own in thekitchen or go out for breakfast. The location is about 4 miles south ofHot Springs to it is a drive to town.

Review 21：We enjoyed everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. A clean, comfortable cabin in a scenic area with a gorgeous stream running in back; what more could you want? Super pet friendly, and my daughter had a fantastic time playing along the stream.
Review 22：The 2 bedroom cabin was well furnished and very spacious. Had a full bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. Beautiful stream ran in the back yard. BBQ grill available to use also. Sue was very helpful and would go out of her way to get what you needed.

Review 27：We had the small suite, the kitchen and bath were set up a little strange, but the owner is aware of it and plans on doing some changes as finances allow. It was nothing we could not live with. Well worth the little inconvenience.
Review 28：It was very clean and well stocked, we could not want of anything or the staff would make sure we was taken care of. Loved the back walk to the stream behind the unit. It had a nice shower, with good water pressure.
Review 29：The room AC was not turned up and we were sweltering at night. We were in the master suite which has the kitchen split up (fridge and kitchen sink is in the bathroom which was odd) The bed was not comfortable and needed a better mattress. It didn't even have a proper headboard and moved away from the wall everytime you got up!
Review 30：The room was fully equipped with kitchen and big fridge. Very quaint and pretty setting. Owner was very nice and helpful. Aside from the odd layout of the room and the not comfy bed it was a nice room and was quiet even though the highway is right outside.

Review 34：The lodging is set in a beautiful, scenic location just outside of town. The Hostess is friendly and knowledgeable. The suite was extremely clean and well stocked. Even beach towels were provided. There is a quiet relaxation area near the river. You are welcome to jump in the river for a soak or tubing. :)
Review 35：This place is amazing. We had living room, full kitchen, 2 badrooms and a sunroom. The backyard is huge and beautiful with a river and a whaterfall in a middle. The owner is a very nice lady and goes out of her way to make guests comfortable and feel like at home.
