Review 1：Cooking facility missing. No washing machine. No Iron board. Air-conditioning effective but too loud. Standard practice on refund of guarantee too long (2 weeks). WiFi access not clear and too complicated. Room and balcony on building's left side wrong for the sea view; Right side great views.

Review 9：The hotel is in a prime location. Right down the street from Walking Street, pattaya beach right in front, Pattaya City sign visible for nighttime lights. The hotel has two buildings but you don't get told that, it's just luck of the draw. I stayed in the older building and while it was old it was still nice and relatively clean. The staff were polite. I had to ask for new towels and washcloths because someone else's hair was in it and they brought it right up. Security is polite and attentive. Bathroom has two shower heads and a large tub. Over all worth the money.

Review 10：Excellent room, good space, good view (12th Floor). Situated by seafront and close to all facilities, attractions and hospital. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast choice and good evening restaurant. The only reasons I have marked it down is because I would always like things cheaper and the internet connect was a bit slower than I am used to in UK or Spain.

Review 11：they charged a lot but bathroom was wet because of water drainage from basin come outside a lot. Receptionist didn't smile and unfriendly. When they talked A little bit arrogant too because we booked 2890 baht two rooms. When we arrived hotel and we asked them to showed the sea view room but they didn't want to show but we forced them and then later they showed. We could changed sea view room, if they talked good. Actually, they must sell out expensive room but I didn't understand why they didn't show expensive room. They thought us, we couldn't afford and why we should needed like that. My God.

Also easy to Serviced Good massage Near the Main Door, "Yellow Massage" 해변도로와 가까이에 위치해 있어 썽태우를 타고 이동하기에 편리했습니다. 신관에 위치한 아침식사는 다양한 가지수로 어느정도 만족했습니다. 신관 정문앞에 위치한 옐로우 마사지의 Foot Massage는 200바트이지만 개인적으로 만족할 만한 서비스였습니다. 가성비가 높기에 추천합니다.

Review 15：Blaring music from clubs in nearby soi's is unbearable, rooms should be soundproofed. Air-conditioning is REALLY noisy. Wi-fi was slow and had to reconnect every time we came back.

The bathroom looked ok but the shower drainage had no capacity for the water so it flowed out onto the floor. Also the balcony had water on it despite no rain. We had bought the offer with a promise of a nice view but we were placed on the 4th floor which was basically a back yard view. Very disappointing.

Review 44：Price is too high. Swimming pool water looks unclean and different from the Chic Towers building. Wifi dropped a lot and became unsteady. I started to see small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. When I slept, I woke up with insect bites all over my body ( I think little ants that are all over Pattaya in hotels). Rooms are not sound proof at all. On checking out, I was told that my 1000 THB deposit had already been deducted to pay other bills which I know for a fact was not true. I paid my room charges plus any minibar or laundry day by day and never touched the deposit. But because I had a plan to catch, I had to let it go. They said they would review my bills and contact me by mail. It has been 3 days and no one contacted me. I was also charged for the same minibar items twice on the last day. My experience towards the end of my stay made me hate the place.

Review 48：The location being on the north side of the beach area was quite a walk away from walking street. (But not a big issue as you can just jump onto a Baht Bus for 10 Bht).

(This review is for the older of the two hotel buildings).Upon arrival I was shown my room (1004) in which a small animal (mouse?) ran from under the bed towards and through the balcony windows/sliding doors. The busboy who helped me with my luggage was as surprised as I but tried todownplay the incident. When I insisted to get a different room free from unwanted, no paying extra guests, I was forced back downstairs to the reception where I was offered room 7007 in the same building after a longer internal haggle. After my second night in that room I realized that I again had additional unwanted and non paying guests: ants that were fighting over an open can of ginger ale on the night stand. It was time for my check out and when I asked how much a taxi trip back to BKK would cost I was quoted the standard price of 1500 baht. After I agreed to the price I was told that a cab would be called for me. I was about to turn around to go back upstairs when another hotel player approached me and told me that the taxi would actually cost 2000 baht. I declined politely and hailed a taxi on the street for the standard fare of 1500 and asked the driver to wait until I checked out of the hotel. During checkout I asked to speak to the manager and told him about the significant and sudden price increase of the taxi fare and that I felt like I was being ripped off. The manager did not defend the price increase at the beginning but assured me that he would look into this. Back on stage came the receptionist who quoted me the 1500 baht fare only to tell me that she quoted me the wrong price. Now all the sudden the manager seemed to "remember" that the increase in price (500baht!) is the hotel's service charge for ordering the taxi. I thanked him and told him that I did not need his cab.

Review 133：Aside from the below described issues with the room and the fact that the building itself and the rooms are dated and show signs of heavy wear and tear, the room and bed size are good. The view overlooking the bay is also worth something. If you are a fan if Soi 6 you can probably not stay much closer to it. If you are not a fan of that Soi's sleaziness, stay away.

Review 134：The staff were unhelpful and rude, they seemed more interested in socializing with other staff than helping customers. The food from room service was nearly inedible and the same went for the hotel restaurant. Maid service was slow and sometimes none existent. All in all I would never come back to this hotel or recommend anyone else stay here.
