Review 1：The noise woa-ho-ho, the whole night and early morning, room facilities not working order, no lights, bedside

Review 2：The guy on duty on the week end of the 12th December is excellent when it comes to taking care of guests, always polite, smiling and humble, keep it up boeti, pity i did not get your name, the housekeepers were polite as well.

Review 10：The hotel was fully booked by a group of students who made a big noise the whole night long. Three people even came knocking on our door in the very early hours of the morning. A kettle in the room would be nice!

Review 12：I did not like the fact that there was not a window opening to the outside, but well onto a passage. The room was very stuffy and lack of fresh air. The stairs to the rooms are very uncomfortable. The bathroom door did not have a handle on the inside of the bathroom.

Review 18：Theservice was very poor we were located into a very hot room with no ventilation and with kids around itbecame a chiotic disorder of a special type fraughted with horrible discomfort , the breakfast was extremely disapointing with a chery on top to be served with one and the same menu concequentively for two days , the last day was worse we made pre arrengement of having our breakfast at 7hoo but when we got therefood was still getting defrosted instead of getting dished out which was very very unfrofitionial and a neglegenc of a highest order. I was extremely unhappy with the service it realy horrible.

Review 20：When I arrived I found that the sheet was not changed, the staff gave me a clean sheet, but the next day the old dirty sheet that I found when checking in was put on the bed again. I had to go down and get another again.
