Review 1：Everything! Location is horrible, rooms dirty, rude and creepy staffharassing me at my room, nosy guests partying, drug transactions, frontdesk lied about having single rooms, and refused to give me a refund!

Review 3：The staff was terrible. It was a decently clean room for the price butthe owners and operators of this hotel are very unfriendly andunhelpful. They were put out if you asked for a bag for the ice bucket.They walk around with scowls on their faces and cigarettes hanging fromtheir lips as they are cleaning the non smoking rooms. We were rebookingthe room for a second week and they deactivated our room cards beforecheckout and we had to ask permission to get back into our room eventhough they were fully aware that we were staying on. Prostitution wasevident and they were fully aware of the situation. Very highlydiscourage anyone from staying here based on the owners alone.
Review 4：The staff is very polite and the price is right. It served our needs and I could see attention to detail of the staff at the front desk. I like that our room was not carpeted I hate carpet!
Review 5：I was traveling with my tea-cup Chihuahua (weighs 2.8lbs) so the day staff wanted to put me in a special room. It was awful, the smell was sickening. They did let me stay in my original room that the evening man had given me, but it would cost me extra $10 a day.

Review 12：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with fridge & microwave. It was spacious. The room was much cleaner than I expected! The housekeeping staff stayed on top of things. The wifi worked fine for me.
Review 13：The owner and or manager wasn't nice or polite at all. There was no kitchen area in our room but a small bar fridge. There is very little to do at this motel and on the weekends you get woken up before 9am but housekeeping.

Review 34：I was wrong. Honestly, for $89 Dollars or so, I can get the same type ofroom with more. First of all, after being given my receipt afterchecking in and reading the note at the bottom that the hotel is notliable for like any accidents at the hotel, and after looking how theoutside of the hotel and the inside of my hotel looks, I was like, what?The outside stairs that took me to my room looked unsafe. If it wasraining, someone could have slipped on them because the edges are wornout. When I got in my room, I saw that the surface of some of the fakewood flooring was loose. One near the bed was loose and someone couldslip on it. What caught my attention was the panel ceiling. It lookedbowled in towards the bed like it was going to fall. Maybe they had aleaking roof but the entire ceiling over the bed seemed to almost beready to fall. The bed was a rolling bed. It did have a fridge,microwave, but that's about it. There was no iron, ironing board andcoffee maker. The room was clean but the furnishings were old and kindof damaged. The closet had a door that was off the hinges a little. Thefurnishings kind of look like they were bought from a garage sale, theywere that old. The paint was peeling in some parts. Some parts of thewalls look damaged. The door was really hard to open and close. The airconditioner worked well. The sheets were clean and smelled clean, but Isaw what looked like maybe blood stains, just little stains. Thecontinental breakfast wasn't that much. At other places, like DaysInn, you can find more. To be honest, with either the regular $289 or sofor this room or the discounted price of $89, this room and this hotelis really overpriced. Maybe they are trying to remodel, since I saw somefurnishings in the lobby with peeling plastic. I don't know. Justoverpriced.

Review 36：The place is very dirty south so I had to go ask for extra blankets just to place on the floor as the carpet was sticky on you feet when you walked in. The chair in the room had many stains I could not even sit on it. The pillows, although there were 4 of them all togetheright have made one pillow. The room was just gross. Stayed here two nights came to drop my daughter off at college. Because of the oil boom in midland all hotels are charging much higher rates as finding a vacancy can be difficult. I say if your hotel at one star, which this place does not deserve even one star, is selling out each night the Korean owners should be putting some money back into the property to at least get it to a one star standard. This place is a crime taking people's money with gross accommodations enough said. Stay at your own risk!

I was afraid to put my food in it; so I wrapped everything tightly in several plastic bags and placed several towels underneath the whole thing. There was something that looked like toilet paper in the bath tub I had to go purchase my own trusty brand of cleaning supplies and gloves to clean entire shower and tub before use; while I was at it I cleaned entire restroom. I needed to plug my electronic devices and plugs were few and looked to be a hazard. Frankly I was afraid their condition would damage my devices. I will never return to this place. I definitely got what I paid for, I was just trying to save some money.

I had to beg for swimming pool towels even though they advertise you can get them at the desk...
