Review 1：Breakfast with limited choice and Dinners are too expensive for the quality of food served. There are quite few uneven steps without mark, not safe for small kids and elder people.

Review 4：The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view if the bay. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay this definitely the place.

Review 5：athroom lights too dim - also needs some more hooks for hanging smaller towels/washcloth Hotel is located well off the beaten track, in the jungle, up a steep hill - so you need to order a taxi every time you go out to the town or Panwa.

Review 7：The hotel location is abit far from the town where you need to spend 30-mins to town. Breakfast variety to be improved. Some hotel service preferable to be in FOC i.e. Making local calls, ice tube and etc.

Review 9：The food is very overpriced especially if you are on a budget. It is very secluded so you can't go anywhere else for dinner or to walk around unless you get their taxi service which is expensive too. Staff were ok, they didn't really speak English that well. They took 40 minutes to bring me a piece of toast at breakfast, and at the end they had charged us for bottles of water when it was their fault for not making it clear which bottles were complimentary as these were right on the fridge door (so we assumed it was those ones) and there was no apology or refund. I asked to pay by cash but they had already charged my card, they also said they had sent me an email saying this and they hadn't.

Review 10：The room was amazing, shower was amazing, pool and fitness were really nice too. It's just the staff and service that need to improve.

Review 11：With so few guests, there must have been only one cook on staff, so food was slow. Also, being remote meat we always had to use the hotel taxis service, and that ended up being one of our biggest expenses. Still, both were forgivable issues for us.

Review 12：We stayed during low season, and there were very few other guests. This was a plus for us, because it meant we got the pool all to ourselves most of the time. Staff English was limited, but it was never a problem; their friendliness overcome any communication barriers.

Review 13：The Hotel is far from everything and the hotel doesn't offer special rates for transfers, taxies, etc. You must figgure out everything by yourself, there was not much support from the side of the reception stuff. At the end there where a view guest with us (5 rooms from 14 occupied) but it was us not allowed to have a free late check out at 5pm. This was the most sad experience in the Hotel.

Review 15：The only thing that could be a no no for older people would be if the hotel were full, the pool is outside your room so could be very noisy. but there were only 4 more people when we stayed so not a problem.

Review 16：The hotel is new and the accommodation is excellent. We only ate in the restaurant twice because we were the only people in there,but the food was good. Breakfast wasn't too bad. It was very relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves and sunbathed on our own.There is a gym and of course the equipment is new. The staff were very pleasant so was the guard.

Review 18：1. Very nice and helpful staff 2. In front of Panwan bay, restaurant and swimming pool are bay view very nice! 3. Only few minutes walk to pane an view point and within 15 minutes to many outside local restaurant, hotel can help guest to book taxi, same price charge if I do at other beach like kata/Karon Very valuable price and very private hotel ! Only 20 villas.

Review 19：Not too far away from activities, but always taxi surcharge because of the location. No beach at proximity. Fake grass around the pool sent heat plastic when sunny. Lunch and dinner a little bit expensives. Every choice is about 10$ In the menu, even if it is an appetizer or a dessert.

Review 21：It is a new hotel and the restaurant food needs consistency in how they serve the food one day Thai food in a bowl next day on a plate and half as much. Thai curries would normally be served in a bowl with separate steamed rice.

Review 22：The beautiful setting, the gardens and the planting, the rooms were stunning. The rain shower was fabulous. The Thai meals were very good. Breakfast was good with cooked eggs. The Manager was very welcoming. They gave us a little present when we left a nice touch.

Review 24：The staff were very friendly, the restaurant served fantastic food, both Thai and international. The rooms are beautiful with direct access to the pool. The bed was so very comfortable.. The showers in the room were great! After trecking around the islands for the previous week, this was a relaxation paradise. I would return in a heartbeat!

Review 26：Beautiful rooms with fantastic shower facilities and services of a 5 star hotel. The stuff is just brilliant and the restaurant of the hotel is a real jem. The rooms are spotless and the surrounding area ultra relaxing. The gym is small bit efficient since there are jot so many rooms in the resort. Breakfast could be better bit all it has is of top quality.
