Review 1：While the kitchen was nice, there were no utensils, plates, pots so it sort of was useless. The breakfast was very sparse, maybe one or two pieces of fruit were available for everyone. The wifi was very weak and throughout most of my stay i was not able to connect.
Review 2：The location is great, close to the interstate and Humble. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The kitchen was nice.

Review 4：I was satisfied , the only thing I didnt like was access into the hotel. A lot of traffic from road , & very easily passed. The only other thing , was no vending machines!

Review 7：The room wasn't clean upon arrival for check in.The bed sheets was dirty all the way down to both mattress covers...The bottom mattress cover that covers the mattress had stains and a big blood spot on it.

Review 11：there was no one available to greet us when we entered the lobby of the hotel. when the person arrived we were told 'we got your request but we've just been so busy' as the reason why our requested non-smoking two king beds were not available; even though we reserved the room more than 1 week in advance. we had to go find another hotel (we had just driven 3 hours to Humble, straight to this hotel; 1st time to Humble also so we didn't know where anything was).
Review 12：upon ringing the bell at the front desk the attendant appeared quickly. we didn't have to pay a cancellation fee because the non-smoking room reserved was not available upon arrival.
Review 13：I did't like the fact that the "full kitchen" doesn't have pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster, plates/bowls and utensils. The cabinets are too high for me (5'2") to reach (measurement from the floor to the bottom of cabinet is 5'8" lowest point and 6'2" highest) I had to use a spatula to turn the stove vent on. When I asked for a coffeemaker they let me borrow one but no filters or coffee were provided. I had to buy everything else. After spending $388 for 7 nights I was not happy to be spending more money on items that should have been provided. The furniture was comfy but the wood pieces were cracked and broken in places. In the afternoon it is hard to get a hold of someone, I was hung up on or ignored multiple times throughout my stay and when I did speak with someone I felt like an enemy. There are multiple hotels and inns in the location that my coworkers and I will stay at next time we are here.
Review 14：I was there for work 30 minutes north of this location. It was easy to travel back and forth. It is also close to Houston, which is south of Humble (pronounced Umble according to the locals) The Inn is very quiet and I like that I had a desk, king bed and couch. The bathroom is really great too. I would recommend this place if you are staying one or two nights and don't need to use the kitchen very much.

Review 41：WiFi (although its optional and free )signal is poor never stayed connected. Room was old and walls unclean. Kitchenette area was dirty, trash under cabinets, refrigerator didn't cool drinks nor freeze frozen foods. Carpet was old and room smelt like a smoke filled club/Casino. Had already paid booking and wasn't going to pay to cancel. Look some place else. Ice machine nor coke vending machine didn't work and washer and dryer was outside and nasty dirty. Had to go offsite to do laundry

Review 44：It was clean, cheap and convenient to the airport. My room had two kingbeds, a kitchen and pretty decent sized bathroom. It only took me 10minutes to get to the airport from the hotel.
