Review 1：We upgraded to the newer duplex house which was superior to the brick house chalets. Be sure to request the duplex houses - not the ones shown in the picture
Review 2：There wasn't air con and no basin in the bathroom and Sleeping facilities for kids was dangerous to climb steel staircase which very steep everything was too compact on top each other
Review 3：Taps were very loose and you have to hold it when you want to open or close the tap

Review 9：Initially booked into the NA Smit accommodation. Sheets on the bed had holes in them. Blinds could not go up as the catches were broken. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before using. The mattress was old and saggy meaning we had the worst night sleep fighting the dip into the middle.
Review 10：The friendly and professional staff who upgraded us the next day when I outlined the flaws with the initial place. The upgrade was perfect -could not fault it.

Review 21：The staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. They did have a lot of rules and it almost had a school hostel or old age home type of atmosphere to it. Another thing that really but me off was the fact that on their booking site said - pets welcome, but when I informed them about our dog coming along they said they don't allow pets but that they will make an exception for us. This resulted in us being very uncomfortable and being on the tips of our toes at keeping the dog(which is well behaved but full of energy) quiet and still. If it had not been for the pets allowed we would not have chosen to stay there.
Review 22：Easy to find. It was clean and tidy and had everything that we would need. Not luxurious, very basic but we wanted for nothing.
Review 23：We were placed in a chalet next to heavy machinery where they are busy building or something like that. We came there the afternoon after 6 hours on the road and just wanted to relax for a while, which was impossible due to the noise of the builders and their machinery. We decided to stay in bed the next morning till eight o clock, but the builders started their machines at seven already!! not very pleasant and I should have been informed of this situation to made the choice of going somehwere else

Review 30：Did like the sufficient staff and the way they treat us ,The moved us into a EL DERADO luxury house after we complaint about the small chalet with the two beds on the top deck.
Review 31：My chalet had air conditioning. Pleasant stay. A fully equipped self catering bungalow. It's not extravagant but a decent enough place and certainly centrally located in the town than other further out places.

Review 35：The lounge area was not really very comfortable. The TV is extremely small and the reception to the TV channels were very bad. There were also no hangers in the bedroom to hang any clothes. Although the unit was reasonably clean we found that the kitchen was ridden with ants.

Free w-ifi advertised in business centre but there was no business centre nor wi-fi. Hairdryer to loan from office would have been very useful...from a woman's perspective.
