Review 1：Regular guests above me were loud and rude. The breakfast they offered was disgusting. The staff didn't care what was going on in and around the property.
Review 2：It was close to where I was going and close to a department store. My small children needed extra items to keep them busy.
Review 3：There was a beer can and condoms left in one of our drawers.
Review 4：The room was nice and was upgraded. Beds were comfy and a lot of channels. Bathroom was clean.

Review 6：It wasn't terribly dirty or anything like I expected. Actually seemed pretty clean for the most part. Close to downtown Jacksonville if you use Uber it was pretty cheap.
Review 7：Worst motel stay in my life time. Filthy place, shady characters hanging out everywhere. Place smells bad, Very bad area of town, Very noisy - people arguing and fighting all over the property. Unsafe, horrible place. First room I was given had mold growing on the furniture, next room was sorrounded by other guests who were fighting and making crazy noise all night. When I checked in, the lady couldn't get her hands on my credit card fast enough. Just as it was swiped and charged I saw the sign behind the desk that said "NO Refunds" This place is disgusting and unsafe. Hard to communicate w staff that mostly can't speak English or can't understand others who speak only English. Don't go here. Happy to just get out w my life.

Review 9：It's a nice inn, not in the greatest neighborhood according to the taxi driver but we had no problems. Food places, convenient store and Walmart are right down the street.
Review 10：I killed two cockroaches in the room. There was a large hole in the wall. Don't count on breakfast if you don't eat sweets. Insufficient lighting in the room--the only place I can read is in one side of the bed or at the bathroom counter.
Review 11：It had the amenities I wanted and the price was right. This is a very old property, still in the process of refurbishment, and you can tell they tried hard. Flatscreen tv, fridge, nice furnishings.
Review 12：Not friendly payed up front for room they called back they forgot to charge taxes had to pay again. Next day they called they forgot to charge for our pet then we had to pay again.

Review 14：Had a crack head pound on our door 7am asking for money. Room flooded was not moved or compensated for the issue. Room above us sounded like they had a wrestling match. Oh and the door that was between the two rooms had no lock, therefore if the person in the next room over wanted to enter our room we had no way to stop it.
Review 15：The wood door and door frame were broken. You could see the light coming through the middle of the door. VERY unsecure. Thought wood frames and wood doors were gone in the 80's at Hotel / Motels.

Review 19：It was an upscale slum that didn't deliver what was promised. On the website that the room was booked on we were promised three beds, when we got their there were only two and the person working at the counter said that they didn't even have rooms with three beds or even a rollaway. Never again will I ever stay here

Review 21：Some woman yelling in the parking lot at about 2 a.m. Woke me up, but it was not too long before she quieted down.

Review 23：We were in town to play a softball tournament... I had 2 of my players staying with me (14 yrs old) and trying to explain why there were so many females getting into and out of cars and rooms was a bit ackward. Our room was still under construction, unpainted ceilings and bare wood, the tub filled while you were taking a shower so it had to be a quick one. The room was dirty. Evidence of mice. There was a washer & dryer but I felt unsafe. So I washed my players uniforms in the sink then asked my husband to escort me so I could dry them. Asked for a wake up call at 7 am, she said "sure", needles to say we never received one. I believe if the owners would get rid of their "regulars" as she put it, the hotel would have so much more potential. So if you wanna 'good time' this is the place for you!

Review 51：Obvious fire damage at one of the for rooms we booked, new door after fire did not lock with dead bolt, wiring in our rooms was screwed up light switch only controlled tv and had to use lamps for light no ceiling light.

Review 53：This is an older hotel but once inside, the upgrading is so nice! However, the switch plate for two light switches were missing. The doorway to the bathroom had not been completed being painted so there was a significant contrast of old and new. Still, I was very pleased!

Amazing mattresses, sheets, comforter and very nice carpet! You will be pleasantly surprised with the caring attitudes of the staff!!! Great value for the price!
