Review 2：The area, the furniture's, the layout, the cleanliness, the office staff, especially Glenda and the guy at the concierge's office were so helpful and accommodating. The whole stay was perfect in every way! Will definitely make this resort our home away from home.

Review 3：I got the ground floor that I ask for due to a bad knee, but the room was at the end of a building. Long walk from the parking lot, and If we got to our room after 9 p.m., there were NO parking stalls close to our building!!! Fold out bed was awful!!

Review 4：First room we were given was in construction zone, not good, but Mark changed our room and was great about it. No air conditioner in unit made it very uncomfortable at times.

Review 18：We were on the ground floor facing a large yard and trees which gave an illusion of additional space. The unit was large (900 SF) and had been recently renovated; enough space for a comfortable long stay.

Review 19：Quite a list: 1. Couches and beds infested with bedbugs--each morning a trail of new bites 2. No air conditioning, which made the loft bedroom unusable--our daughter slept on the couch 3. Otherwise, the facility is showing its age (the grounds are very pretty.). Clearly no longer a premium property.

Review 51：We booked (and paid for) an ocean view - two bedroom unit. They tried to give us a one bedroom unit with no ocean view. We ended up (at around 5:30pm) with a two bedroom with no ocean view. They would not refund our money for the difference due to the lack of an ocean view. All we ever got out of the staff was "it was not their fault and they were not authorized to refund any money". Without a doubt the worse staff we have ever dealt with at any lodging establishment. We will never be back.

Review 58：Biggest issue I have is that te advertising makes it seem that you will get a unit that faces the ocean overlooking cliffs. The majority of units are in surrounding buildings, not the ones overlooking the ocean. Also waaaaay too far from other beautiful parts of island like Walua Falls, Waimea Canyon, Poipu beaches (especially during winter months when boat excursions only depart from the south - we had to drive from the north 45min-1.5hr to check in at 7am-8am). We did it no problem but this is something to keep in mind. Princeville is a bit isolated although had we been in the units with the actual views (as depicted falsely in ads for the Cliffs), it may have been worth the stay.

The waterwas super cloudy and it didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. Myhusband refused to swim in it. Even though we had prepaid, we ended upchecking out early and going to a nice hotel in the area. Only stay hereif you're on a super tight budget and that's what matters or ifyou can guarantee an updated room with some kind of water view.Otherwise, you'll feel like you went to visit your grandmother ather retirement property in Florida. Seriously.

The kitchen was perfectly equipped and they even supplied details like beach chairs and a cooler for picnics. We liked that the suite had two full bathrooms and two patios! It was very quiet to sleep and the location on a cliff with a great view of the ocean was awesome, you can even watch whales from there! We would only book this property whenever we go back to Kauai!

Review 82：Only minus was when we were called by the front desk on our second tolast day and informed (incorrectly) that we were supposed to havechecked out that morning. When I replied that we had paid for 5 days not4 the caller politely said, no, we only paid for 4 days. I looked forand found my receipt, showing we had indeed paid for 5 days and had tobring it to the front desk. No real big deal but they had me veryworried for a bit and took about 1/2 hour out of our day as I lookedfor the receipt and brought it way over to the office. Get your acttogether there folks!
