Review 1：The hotel has a great feel, very comfortable, smart and professional. Service was absolutely outstanding from the moment I checked in, friendly, polite and very helpful staff. Mouth watering and very delicious breakfast, especially the mushrooms which I couldn't resist asking for the recipe.

Review 2：Poor wifi - had to buy a data bundle to get work done. No room service after 10pm - when i arrived - no minibar, no vending machines, so went hungry.. Breakfast was OK, but they took my plate while they cooked poached eggs and returned it to me at the table cold

Review 4：We had checked in for 3 nights and evry morning we had to pay for b/fast cash plus room service was also wanting cash.Please put these bills on account ,and on checking out the guests settles the account. Poor selection for Vegetarians both at breakfast and room service. Chef do not prepare sandwiches nicely and chesse and tomato sandwich was delivered but not nicely prepared to see lots of cheese coming out.WAS DISAPPOINTED.Room service closes at 10pm.pls extend t to 12midnight.

Review 6：Lunch and dinner menu in the restaurant is limited in selection and bland. The hotel needs a lounge space for guests to relax outside their hotel room.

Review 8：The internet should jus be made available on one voucher for the rest of my stay. It kept on disconnecting and needing a new voucher. Also the staff needs to check the details in complete for a booking. I requested a bed creed but i was alocated a room without one dispite indicating it on my booking form.

Review 10：Free Wifi shoul be unlimited, 250Mb is to little for someone staying for 3 days and nights. There was no menu for room service.

Review 12：The food was really expensive and very poor quality. R130 for the breakfast in room was ridiculously expensive. The supreme chicken had no bacon, with slight sliver of peppadew. Although the hotel was clean and modern, it seemed really expensive (R1700 for room only) and for that reason alone I wll never go back.

Review 45：no food after 9pm, no room service, internet didn't work no one bothered to even try after I asked about answer I got was I will ring it but they only start work on Monday and this was a Friday. I was looking at this hotel for our company so we can stay closer to office. We have around 200 hotel stays a year and I doubt I would ever bother again at this location or any other premier hotel either if that's the service afford to clients.

Review 46：Headboard lamps were not working (minor issue). Menu was limited for dinner(major issue). I also think items are very pricey (3 chops for 155, lemonade & lime for about 50
