Review 1：It seemed as if they had rushed on finishing the condo when under construction. Our dishwasher fell forward where it had not been completely framed in. Also, they need to put safety bar in each bathing area. All in all it was wonderful!

Review 2：Everyone loved the "Lazy River" and how most everything you would need or want is so convenient!

Review 6：Excellent location, close to coligny beach (about 10min walk, 3 min drive with free parking opportunities). Coral Sands resort was a great experience for us (2 adults, 2 older children). We had a 3-bed apartment which was spacious enough for all of us.To note is that one room has not a bathroom and is separated from the master bed room via sliding doors. Not an issue for us, just good to know. The kitchen facilities were excellent (coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, plenty of dishes/cutlery, etc.). The apartment was very clean. Beds were soft,TV in every room. Wifi was freely available and speed was okay. Close to our apartment was a barbecue area with gas grills which worked great. We enjoyed the pool area close the club house a lot. Staff was very friendly.

Review 9：Everyone really liked the condos. They enjoyed the lazy river and the activities available. Loved the beach, shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the whole experience. They all want to come back again. They hated to leave.

Review 10：Only 2 blocks from the beach. Grocery store and pharmacies close. The room was great, we were able to save money by preparing our own meals. We were able to wash laundry in the room after returning from the beach to keep the sand down. The lazy river was the best, all of us enjoyed floating around the river and water aerobic was great.

Review 21：Coral sands east is smaller therefore more quiet and peaceful than coral sand north. We do however like the access to the super pool! We love the location of A104 so much and the staff worked hard to honor our request to have it.

Review 29：Georgia is hot and humid during summer! Overall there isn't anything we didn't like and we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 30：We loved the pool/lazy river and enjoyed having drinks at the poolside bar. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere---would definitely recommend this. The beach is a short walk away, but it was super easy via bikes on the path. The beach nearby has showers, shaded wifi hotspots with rockers and swings. Best of all, there are restaurants and grocery store nearby. You can park the car and bike/walk everywhere during your stay.

Review 35：Coral Sands simply misrepresents this property. They advertised like the beautiful pool area is right outside your condo. Reality is that it is a solid 2 books away and the beach is also 2 very long blocks away. Coral Sands rents the unit like it is a 3 bedroom condo. Reality isothere are 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom has a pocket door that separates it for the "3rd" bedroom. When we checked in our unit had no hot water, the kitchen sink was broken and the safe was out of order. They had to replace the hot water heater the next day. The staff was very kind, agreed that the property was missrepresented and that they had received may complaints about it. Nonetheless Coral Sands made no effort to correct this serious problem. Don't be deceived on your vacation!!!

Seriously would it hurt Coral Sands to ring or email guests who arrive after 7pm and let them know what the late box code is?

Review 63：Our ice making wasn't working so they send someone immediately. However, it still didn't work after they left and we were only staying one more night, so we went without ice. The building is brand new, but wasn't quiet when sitting on the balcony since the highway was right in front of it.

Review 64：We stayed in building M, which was new. I would give it an A+ for décor, comfort, and cleanliness. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating - even let us stay on the premises after checking out. The price was reasonable.

Review 73：This stay and our last were both during times when the pools are not heated, yet they were quite cold to be able to spend much time in them. The pools are awesome and luckily our kids wanted in so baddly that they swam anyway.

Review 74：This is our second time staying at Coral Sands. The first was about 3 years ago and we booked through our time share with RCI. This time we booked through Booking.com. We love Hilton Head because of the beach and the bike trails. Coral Sands is just a couple blocks from the beach at the best access point and right on the bike paths. We have 4 kids and were able to book a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. We were more than pleased. The kids got plenty of space and beds. The kitchen is very nice and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying at Coral Sands!!

Review 75：The location is fantastic - you can walk to the beach, a nearby grocery store, and local shopping / restaurants. Also, the property provides bike rentals and activities for guests.

Review 76：Didn't like that it was like a hotel set up; had to use elevator and unit was all on 1 floor vs. 2 levels, felt a little more cramped. Only 2 bathrooms and the 2nd one was not adjoined to the room; no mirrors in bedrooms. When we first got their water smelled like sulfur. One night the elevator wasn't working. Pool to open at 9 but lazy river wasn't up and running and they'd shut the lazy river down before it closed.

Review 78：Everything about Building D. See above. Hot water heater ran loudly all day and night preventing good rest. Bugs found in bed by my son who was disgusted. Can not compare two buildings. I did inform concierge about giant palmetto bug which l stepped on during night and she offered to send an exterminator but I declined chancing allergic and or asthmatic reactions. I'm happy to be gone.

Review 79：M building by the pool is new n great. Then we were moved to Building D for remainder of our vacation which we booked via RCI. We left early. That unit was not comparable to Building D. Had to drive to pool. Old ugly living room furniture. Security bar on sliding door in living room held up by camouflage duct tape. This glass door lead to patio which was right next to road n path so both passing cars and people biking or walking could look right in. Bugs in bathroom n bed.
