Review 1：The vending machines did not work on all Floors and the didn't give me the option to check out one hour later even though y has just checked in a few hours ago. There has to be a policy leniency sometimes to provide good customer service.

Review 19：We were locked out of our room after the first night of a long concert while we had food that got cold when we were waiting for them to fix it (we paid for 3 nights). We also found a chicken bone (like someone ate fried chicken and there was a bone left) in our office chair, and those are just the major issues.
Review 20：Sink drain was broken to a point that if anyone was cleaning the sink they would have known about it. They also have a safe charge they hit you with saying it will disappear from your account after you checkout. Guess what? Nope, stayed on the bill.

Review 42：I really did not like staying at a place that allows dogs. My allergies and my daughter's are severe when around dogs. Also I could smell and see dog poop at the location. My hotel room could have been cleaner as there was hair in the bathroom and on the bed spreads. I think the dogs are compromising people with allergies and the place is not as clean with the dogs. It is not sanitary and I will not be returning to the hotel because of my allergies with the dogs. My little girl became sick from the presence of dogs like myself and we both ended up with getting shots to help with the allergies. Whoever came up with the idea of allowing dogs to stay in a hotel did not consider people with severe allergies to animals.
