Review 1：Gross... Nasty... Did not feel safe
Review 2：Nasty, disgusting and cops and ambulances there 2 times in 5 days in different rooms. The owners have been in trouble with the local law enforcement and are well known by then

Review 11：After I paid for my room I was directed to some dark secluded area with condos. It was pitch black and drug addicts standing out watching as I walked to the room. The room door was hardly secure. I stayed for a few hours and left in fear of harm to my life or theft.

Review 13：We did not know we would not be staying in the motel we booked online but in a "condo" several blocks away. Check in took a long time as clerk at motel seemed very slow plus had to answer the telephone multiple times during check in procedure. When we got to the "condo" it was not ready for us, finding the housekeeper was hit or miss. We were then moved to another unit which in fact, was an upgrade to a two bedroom apt in an older apartment complex that is now being called a "condo". Walls are paper thin and towels even thinner. Overall, though we were comfortable enough for what we wanted - a place to sleep. I would say the previous ratings are right.
Review 14：The location is easy to get to and housekeeper at the apartment unit, once we found her, was most helpful and tried to make up for the rocky start to our stay.
Review 15：The TV did not work, rug mats in kitchen and bathroom looked liked they have never been cleaned. Kitchen not equipped with any dishes or utensils. Mattresses covered with plastic. Stayed in better places for less money.

Review 17：We got to room 209, there were 2 refridgerators in kitchen area,1 working-blocking stove area and 1 unplugged both in bad condition. The remote for the tv didn't work-it took maint. person to come figure out how to turn it on. Black mold in bath around tub, Fingernail polish on floor, sink counter.Mismatched furniture. We were rather disappointed.

Review 19：Rooms smelled like smoke and cat pee!! It took us 3 different rooms to find a decent one to sleep in, they refused to refund my money after I'd been in 2 nasty rooms in a matter of checking in 10 mins before! HORRIBLE!!!
Review 20：The cockroaches climbing across my wife while she was sleeping and walls was a bit much. Bring a can of raid. Also the wi-fi is annoying and not consistent, you constantly have to login. Also, there seem to be some disgruntled more permanent residents at this location. The place is old. One of the beds would sag all the way to the ground when you sleep or sat in it. It sits right across from a deserted hotel. I'm thinking this one should be deserted as well.

Review 46：The rooms were filthy, I was shown 6 (SIX!) different rooms before one was found to be acceptable to sleep in. The beds were unmade, the rooms unclean and filthy. The rooms looked NOTHING like what is shown on their websites! Had I not pre-paid the room and just worked extremely long hours I would have immediately left the motel to stay elsewhere. I will not be going back and will recommend that NO ONE stay at this motel.

Review 49：Room was very dirty & I doubt that it had been vacuumed in weeks in the corners or edges. Towels were stiff & thin. Stayed 2 nights & our room was never cleaned/touched by hotel staff. Mattresses still had the shipping plastic on which made noise all night long & our sleep uncomfortable.

They said it was the person who lived next door. They then took me to an apt. down the street that they were turning over. I took an hour nap, showered, b/r hadn't been cleaned, towels were stained and door wouldn't lock from the outside. Only a dead bolt that the key wouldn't turn to close. Waited 30 min. for someone who didn't show then went to office to turn in my key. I was frustrated. I returned to my friends bed side who passed that afternoon.
Review 52：I flew in from Milw. because a dear friend was passing. I hadn't slept in 32 + hours + only needed to check in + rest before going back to my friends bedside where I felt I would be the rest of night. Staff was very empathetic + tried to be accommodating. They did what they could and I appreciate them trying.They charged me for one day, which was fair for all they tried to do.
Review 53：I was sent to the apartment house annex. The television did not work at all. Quite a bit of water was dripping from a vent over one of the toilets. There was no wi-fi at all. It looked as if somebody had spit in a sink and never even washed it away. It did not seem clean or comfortable.

Review 60：We had to go down every day to get fresh towels and linens and half the time there was no one there to receive those. The kitchen said it was fully stocked and we had no forks or spoons, no toaster, can opener. There was no knob on the microwave so we had to use a pair of scissors to turn it. One of our rooms smelled totally like cat urine. Our baby had an accident on the blanket and we were told they didn't have any others but offered us money to wash it ourselves. The floor squeaked terrible and we were on the second floor so we were worried about the people below us especially where they had us stay was over 50% retired people. I feel people with small children or babies should be put on ground floor to keep the noise down. Toilet wouldn't flush on the first day in main bathroom so we had to take the trashcan and fill tank to flush it. Went down or called office at least 5 times for maintenance to fix he never showed up while we were there and we found out later they are not allowed to come in room without someone there, so why didn't they tell us so we could be? So then he shows up at like 7:15 the next morning and we are all sleeping including the baby; I was not a happy camper. I'm on vacation I don't get up at & 7:15. The 4th day the bed breaks in the extra bedroom and once again he comes the next day after it was reported once again at 7 or 7:30. the carpets definitely had not been vacuumed especially in extra room as there was dirt and cobwebs in the corner and you needed to wear socks because floor was nasty: carpet and tile' Then of course your socks were very dirty. I would possibly stay there again but I would check the room first and have all those things taken care of immediately before I excepted our stay and paid for the room. Laundry and pool close early evening so you can't do either after getting back to room in the evening while kids a winding down.
Review 61：The pool was nice. Parking was great and they even had cover for those that wanted to park there. We thought we were staying in a hotel room but they owned several properties and because we were staying a week they moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price, but be careful about that if you say 2 adults and 1 child they expect you to use only 1 bedroom, seriously?
Review 62：They didn't have my reservation. The room stunk of cat spray. The lady in the office told me I could park at the base of the stairs only to have the maintenance man yell at me for parking there. The overall cleanliness of the room was below any hotel I've stayed at. Had I a little more money I would have canceled my stay. I'll make sure to put more money into my hotel room next time.

Review 64：There was blood on the wall hair in the shower microwave did not even have a cord one room. Smelled like pee and the other was moldy. The hot tube was broken I watched a drug deal I. The parking lot and I can't count all the different people that were in and out all night. And the upstairs room had a party intel 2 a.m. The coffee station was outside on a nasty staned table ????? The health department needs to close this placeASAP!!!!
Review 65：They do not have house keeping. Toooo many stray cats. The dirt by the stairs to go up was a litterbox and smelt awful passing by to walk up stairs.the box spring on the bed was broken in....very broken in as to where I was sliding to the middle as I lay on it. I would not recomend this hotel to my worst enemy. It is a dive.

Review 68：Absolutely everything!!1) The pictures on the website is nothing like it at all (probably stole them from another hotel/motel and posted them on their website). 2) Everything in the rooms are old and "very dirty" (a family member of mine came by with a vacuum - for christs sakes). 3) The 1st room we went into was a big "NO NO" because the AC was only blowing hot air, in the entire room was dusty like no one has been in there for quite sometime, in the 1st bathroom the toilet only swirled around and then the 2nd bathroom when you flushed the toilet it started coming up into the tub, like seriously.. We also had sheets that been there forever because the sheets had stains, facial and pubic hairs as well and an old condom under the bed (WTH). Sorry but I "will not" and "won't ever" stay here again, I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy!!...

Review 71：The apt was old and the furniture was very dated and worn. The TV was old and very difficult to change channels. The towels had dark shoe marks on 2 of them and the older residents were up until 10 pm talking right outside the door. The beds were worn in the middle and still very hard. The pillows were extremely hard as well. The refrigerator was dirty also.

Review 73：I didn't like how the service took a long while on how to service our ac as well as fresh bedding floors weren't cleaned it was a lot if dusty that was inhaled over the stay we been there..how ever we did asked to vacuum or room but it wasn't done at all..so we bought a vacuum over to do it ourselves that way we could be in comfortable mode..

Were half unloaded - fridge, groceries, clothes etc. when staff advised we were in a room reserved for handicapped person & they had arrived. Had to reload & move to a different location, which was by far much nicer - was an apartment complex a few blocks away. That was our saving grace. The clientele at Miles was very dubious. We would NOT recommend it to anyone!

Review 82：Now, the problems. I stayed because the reviews were so flattering. Thisplace was very dirty. There were boot prints on the kitchen and bathroomfloor, the filthiest rug I have ever seen in front of the vanity sink. Itook it back to the office and asked for a mop to mop with and was toldit would be done for me. Four hours later, I am still waiting for thefloor to be cleaned and upon departure no one had come to clean thedirty floor. I did it myself and left a filthy bath towel In the officewas a girl crying and begging someone to come and pick some little childup because the people she was with were smoking pot in the room. Thekitchen range had not been cleaned and the drip pans were black. Thetowels are well used and the bed had lumps in it that I decided were notworth investigating. There was sand and mold in lots of corners.The motel is large and boasts suites, etc., but I doubt I would stay there again or even leave a tip. I booked on line, but had to remind the desk staff of that and was also asked what room rate was quoted to me. You need keys to lock the dead bolt even when in the room. If you stay, your reservation rate is NOT refundable if not cancelled 2 days before. There is a pool and whirlpool outside. I would not recommend this motel and would try to find another one somewhere close. But, for a Friday night rate, $39 was reasonable if you do not mind staying in some place dirty. All in all, if you do not have to stay in the Mesa area, stay in Scottsdale or someplace else. This is one of my very few and almost non-existent bad reviews.
Review 83：Keep in mind that any motel can have a bad day or new and untrainedhousekeeping staff. However, I do not like arriving and staying onthose days.In this motels favor, full kitchen and refrig and micro. $39 for a Friday night. The sheets were clean. And it is in a nice area with a close by farmer’s market and Bavarian Bar and Restaurant. I was told my dog would stay free if I had brought him. Call first on that. There was a fan on the ceiling that helped cool the room quickly when I turned on the ac.
Review 84：The pictures online do not depict the actually motel. It was very oldand unkept. The room was not cleaned even after numerous request. Thepeople at the service desk obviously live at the facility and where attimes disheveled and unkept. The customer service was not good at alland the towels where dingy. We had to buy lysol because of the odor inthe room. My mother's friend was approched on more that oneoccassion about drugs. The place seems like an extended stay for drugusers. I was also charge a fee of $48 that is outside of what I alreadypaid and am going to dispute it with my credit card company.
Review 85：Dope dealing in the parking lot, cat hair all over in a room, comfortertorn. This was the worse place I have ever been to. The other place theylet us stay you couldn't sleep for there was drug dealing there alsoand we saw a domestic dispute which envolved around 5 different cops. Idon't recommend anyone to rent a place from the owner of this placeunless you're alright with feeling uncomforterable. It was adisaster and we left two days early with no refund... The owner is aslum lord.... Booking.com should remove her from the listings becauseshe has false advertisement. It was suppose to have a pool and hot tub,pool looked ok but hot tub was green and nasty looking and the otherplace she owned both pool and hot tub were dirty and nasty.
