Review 1：The fact that it felt like home was a plus. They had everything we needed to cook and clean with. The only thing we had to provide was our own food. Great place to stay for the money.
Review 2：Several large winged brown critters crawling around first day--in the condo! One squished on outside of refrigerator door---had to clean that up! No bars to hold onto in shower--not good for elderly when floor slippery with shampoo.
Review 3：Pretty close to places we wanted to go. Loved the beach. Alligators in pond were fun for us to walk out to see! Very pretty location.

Review 9：Peacefulness of location. Loved being able to sit on the back porch anytime of day and hear birds singing, squirrels playing and raccoons and alligators! Beautiful grounds and well maintained and clean!
Review 10：the sauna didn't work at the pool.. The hot tub was not cleaned.. We did it before we got in . Pool was lovely...

Review 12：Early check in was offered to my group, we asked for this and when we got there our room was late (after original check in time) staff could give no explanation as to why early check in was guaranteed and then it was late for our room.
Review 13：Staff at check in was not so polite. Girl checking me in was making eye gestures and sounds of disgust about a fellow employee at the desk. Then I was made to sit down with a "concierge" who kept trying to push me in to doing a timeshare tour. Other than that. It was perfect.
