Review 1：There really isn't anything we didn't like. The only thing that might need attention is the outdated hallways but it looks like they are trying to update it.

Review 2：Great value, great location very clean. It has a very unique style, the hand made swing from India in the lobby is simply gorgeous. The theme of the hotel is India. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The beds are very comfortable

Review 4：I have stayed here before and though the building is older the people who run it and staff keep it clean. I have a back and neck injury and the bed and pillows are super comfy!

Review 5：I do not rate this hotel a 2.5, but a one. When we got there, we found the window of our room open and the window frame broken. In order to get the window to lock, we had to push the window panes together and try to lock it. Then the heater would not work. The front desk clerk told me that I needed to turn on the thermostat and the room would heat up and that I could find the thermostat on the wall next to the light switch and the switch for the a/c. I mentioned that there were no vents in the room for heat and he replied, "the vents are in the ceiling and there is a special panel where the ceiling meets the wall that let's the heat out." I told him he must be mistaken, that the ceiling was textured and painted with no visible area for heat to come out and that, if that were the case, only the attic would be heated. He then told me that he could not explain it, but that it was for safety reasons. So I went up stairs to my room and turned on the a/c switch and got heat. Do not stay here

Review 6：The neighborhood is not the best. There were men in the parking lot and I found myself double checking the locks on the windows to make sure they were secure (they were). I was also checking on my car frequently. Nothing happened.

Review 9：Staff was friendly and flexible for our bicycle trip. Close to the MAX and services. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent place for this price point. We have used the Dunes in the past and we will use them again.

Review 10：Filthy, disgusting, ripoff! Room is dirty, old splatter/blotches on bathroom walls, air conditioner filter has dirt and debris caked inside, doesn't look like the room has been cleaned in a long long time. Maybe if the place looked like it was maintained and the room looked like it was regularly cleaned, the review wouldn't be 1 star. The carpets are filthy, blanketes have holes in them, furniture is falling apart, the window locks with a wooden stick (not a joke) and so much more.... Based on how filthy the place is, I was at least glad that the mattress was wrapped in plastic, even though sleeping was uncomfortable and miserable but at least it felt like there was a barrier between myself and whatever may be growing in that room. 8 hours after leaving, while sitting on the plane, I could still smell the stench which absorbed into all of my things. The place needs a lot of work, a thorough cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and major updating throughout. Doesn't matter how old of a place it is, not keeping up with cleaning is not acceptable. For the cost per night ($100), unless you really really really have NO other options just keep looking, even if it means driving another 10, 20+ miles...

Review 11：Close to a busy street so you have some street noise with window open but we ran the air so we did not notice it much.

Review 12：Clean and comfortable and about $75 a night after taxes. We had a fridge, microwave and TV in our room. No hair dryer or coffee pot but there is a coffee shop across the street as well as a Mexican food market and restaurants are close.

Review 15：The room was really dirty the walls in the bathroom had old blood spots and on the bottom of the bed skirt was stains from i dont know what.also there was somthing on the celing it looked like some body had picked there nose and flicked it up there i will never stay there again the bed was like sleeping on the floor woke up with our heads and backs hurting we checked out early needless to say..

Review 17：I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived at the motel, they tried to tell me that the low rate provided by Booking.com wasn't valid and attempted to increase the price on us. The woman in particular was very unpleasant. Although they finally relented, the woman didn't try to hide her anger.

Review 18：The young man at the front desk was very kind. Allowed us to check out at 11:30 instead of the normal 11 a.m. time (we asked the night before if this was okay). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Review 19：It's located in downtown Hillsboro, closed to the metro and some tasty Mexican restaurant's. Its not fancy, but it's super clean, has a fridge, microwave and cable TV with Wi-Fi, what more do you need, plus there's a gourmet coffee shop across the street. The best bang for your buck you'll find.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, including a homeless person. Never again! Just nasty, stinky, gross! Room rate is way too much! And the owner/manager very rude!

Review 46：The motel was clean, well run, and had an ethnic decor as it is located in a Mexican American area of town. It was located near my destination.

Review 47：We paid for a queen bed and oddly enough, ended up with two doubles and a twin. The room was not particularly clean-- there were clothing stickers on the walls and everything was pretty musky. There was absolutely no parking in the tiny lot when we got back to our hotel after 10:00, so we had to park in the neighborhood around the block. The nighttime entrance was propped open by a bottle a bleach-- which made us feel really secure.

Review 100：The facilities are in need of a face lift. All doors but one are locked at 11:00 pm. Holes in bath towels.(They were clean) We went to breakfast and came back for extra car after check out. My Father-In-Law (84) needed to use a restroom when we arrived back at the hotel to pick up our car. They refused to let him use a restroom because we had checked out an hour earlier.

Review 108：It is a dump. They do not use Key Cards for door locks, they have two door locks and two keys. I doubt they rekey both locks after each check-out, so you have no assurance of duplicate keys being made by the previous guest. It is across the street from a Goodwill store, several tatoo parlors, and nail polish establishments. No Elevator. When Lobby closes, you only have access to the upstairs via an exterior stairway.

Review 109：They tried to charge me extra for my two kids after I got there eventhough I listed them on booking.com. After I argued, they agreed toaccept the original amount.

Also someone went thur my luggage bags on the motorcyle I was driving, I had onlycleaning supplies in the bags. But they all where open the next morning,I left at 5am, the office was not open yet, so I could not report thisincident to them. I'm going to recommen this hotel to others, butwith a warning to be careful in the parking lot.
