Review 1：All the towels were very smelly.

Review 2：Thomas, the waiter, was very accommodating to our needs. He was very friendly and provided the best service with a cheerful attitude. Ivana provided an excellent service during registration. Our flight was delayed by more than three hours. We were supposed to arrive at Split Airport at 3:00 pm and would have arrived at Hotel Grace by 6:00 pm. Because of the flight delay, we arrived at 11:00 pm. Ivana called up several times to get our confirmation that we are still arriving for the night. By the time we arrived at 11:00 pm, Ivana had our room and keys ready with accurate instructions about wifi, breakfast, and after hours entry.

Review 3：Reception staff and F&B staff have been very unfriendly, there english was very poor. Although i booked a room with breakfast and parking, i was told that there is no parking available and that i have to look myself for one. In the morning when i asked about breakfast i was told ironically " of course at 7:00 am we serve breakfast, its not dinner time " ???...Generally i would not recommand this place, the only good part is that its close to the church, although i have seen that they start to build more hotels near by

Review 5：Single bed, dirty floors, sheets not changed. No toast at breakfast. Room still hot even once AC is on. No kettle and tea in room.

Review 7：I would suggest for clients who prefer smoking the outdoors be separated by two sides smokers and non smokers so that in this way guests who don't smoke can also enjoy eating outdoors

Review 10：Best location, closest to St James Church was, perfect for my father who walks with crutches. Staff we're friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Helped make our trip a memorable one. Food in restaurant both first class in quality and very reasonably priced. Breakfast more than adequate. Would highly recommend hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Review 11：The WIFI system lost connectivity to the internet at about 5 am (I was listening to a radio station in the USA via internet streaming). This was a small issue, however.

Review 12：The hotel was built to American travel standards and was really excellent; I've been to Europe 4 times this year, and probably was tied for first as the nicest hotel I stayed in (the Unitas in Prague would be the other one). Friendly and efficient staff, extremely clean and comfortable, good bed, excellent bathroom, very quiet, less than 5 minutes from the inside of St. James church

Just to bethere outside enjoying their coffee was a pure pleasure. The staff atHotel Grace went that extra mile to answer all of our questions and helpus in anyway they could. The room was well designed and comfortable.
