Review 1：Disappointed w pool bar! No food avail at peak time. Would have been nice to have menus available for delivery service at least. Then signs for no eating! Really! A pile of pool noodles would be fun too!

Review 3：I had a bad experience where the resort was nothing like the pictures portrayed. IL was exactly like the pictures—fabulous. I thought it was too good to be true for the price, but I was wrong. I would go back again.

Review 4：The spiders and the webs outside at the front door. The cockroach we found inside (though the place was very clean). The checkout time -10 o'clock is way to early for families with kids. A little bit outdated. just 2 baths for a 3 bedrooms apt.

Review 5：The pool was fun for kids. The cleanliness in the apartment. The front personnel, who was kind enough to allow us a late check out. Fully equipped kitchen. Large apt. Our party of 10 didn't make the place feel crowded.

Review 6：The only thing we did not like was that we had to drive every where. It would have been nice to have restaurants, bars or even shops within walking distance.

Review 10：We had a bad leak that was coming from up stairs. The carpet was so wet that it had to be wet vacuumed. We put in a work order and they sent out a restoration service that placed two blowers in the living room that we had to listen to all day for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Front desk apologized but we were not accommodated in any way. Very disappointed!

Review 11：The amenities were great! The workout facility and the pool areas were always nice and clean.

Review 12：The only negative that I have to say, is that we were taking a family trip that included parents, grown children and their families, and one member of the party was hospitilazed a couple of days before the trip. As a result, we tried to cancel, and we're going to be charged over $1200 by booking.com as a cancellation fee. We tried to contact the resort, and were told we needed to contact booking.com. Booking.com told us that the person we needed to meet with was not in, and they would have to email them. However, we did not want them to automatically cancel the reservation, and lose over $1200, so we tried emailing booking.com and received no response. 2 members of our party ended up making the trip, after it was determined that the hospitilazed member was going to be ok, and would be released from the hospital. However, at this point, it would be too hard for this family member to take a 10 1/2 hour trip, so 4 of 6 members of our party did not get to take the trip. We also tried calling the resort and asked to talk to the lady in charge, and we never received a return phone call. We were disappointed in booking.com, and the resort for not being more diligent in trying to accomodate our family in a true family emergency.

Review 13：The facility was clean, and very well kept grounds. The pools were very nice, and there were daily activities, if one was interested. Facility was about a mile from the beach, and there was transportation to and from the beach.

Review 14：My children the older ones and younger ones all enjoyed the place. For the adults it was quiet. I liked that it's not near all the trinket shops so the children don't ask for everything they see. We really enjoyed time as a family!

Review 15：The only thing that would've made the stay better is an ocean view which is of no fault to Island Links. Bikes available through the resort would have been nice also.

Review 19：Lots of spider webs outside of the living space, but I called maitanance and they came right away to sweep it away. We kept killing bugs like spiders in the condo, so be careful of putting your child down.

Review 27：Staff was friendly w/exception of one male desk clerk(standoffish/aloof), and the "clueless" female securityguard (in providing directions to my sister & brother-in-law onnight of their arrival). I was definitely not happy about the dirty& disgusting bathroom drain (slow drain & had to investigatemyself) & the spa bath was also iffy. Steps, front porch and backbalcony should have been swept/cleared of cobwebs, dust and bugs(dead & alive). Need to do a better job of "spraying" forbugs. My daughter is laughing @ what I just wrote as she thinks I'mbeing "too honest." So maybe I am being picky -- my family(especially the girls) actually thought it was quite wonderful.

Review 28：Everyone liked the location, and our place for the most part was greatfor our group (four adults and three tweens) -- my brother & sister-in-law decided to stay at their place in Beaufort). The pool & fitnesscenter -- wonderful! Loved having the use of the grill, and just beingnear the beaches, shops, etc...it really was a wonderful vacation for us& the girls.

Review 31：Rented bikes for the family, mode of transportation all over the island. 1.2 mile bike ride from the beach! The kids loved it!

Review 32：The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights with our grown kids and grandkids (10 in all including 1 in a port-a-crib). The shuttle was much appreciated because the beach was a bit of a walk for the little ones. The pools were wonderful and we took advantage of the outdoor grills too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again!

Review 33：This was such a nice place to stay. Close to the beach, there was a shuttle that would take you to and from the beach so you wouldn't have to drive. Pool was awesome and our 3 bedroom villa was perfect.
