Review 1：the woman at the reception was a bit arrogant when I complained about the shower being cold. luckily the manager was very helpful and rectified the problem straight away.

Review 4：Beds were comfy! Room was nicer then expected! Breakfast was good and the wifi work rather well. The staff was super nice and very helpful, didn't want to lose my room key while swimming or down at the beach so the staff will hold onto it for you while your out. The only thing I wish the room had was a safe to store stuff in while out.

Review 7：The toilet was not clean. The heating in the bathroom was dripping and not working. We could follow all the fight the room next to us. Not that nice at Valentine.

Review 9：Although the hotel itself was very clean,the room was not serviced. Tea & coffee supplies were not replenished. I pulled the covers over the bed each morning to leave the room tidy but the beds were exactly as I had left them each evening. The bathroom wasn't cleaned while we were there, the plughole in the bath smelled unpleasant and there were hairs in it. Towels were not replaced even though they were wet. Luckily there was a radiator in the bathroom to dry them on. However, the end of the toilet roll was neatly creased when we returned each evening and the bins were emptied, so obviously somebody had visited the room!
Review 10：The hotel was near the beach and the main town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The parking was booked for us and the location of the car park was very near to the hotel. The television pixellated but was fixed as soon as I mentioned the problem at reception (and that was on a Saturday morning).
Review 11：The secure parking was expensive. We travelled up to the Netherlands after our stay here and they had a similar parking arrangement but it was free.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city and close to the beach. The bar is very cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The free breakfast was not only ample, but good choices and very fresh and very nice, clean dining room to eat in - top marks for this!
