Review 1：Room was dirty, floor needs to be cleaned.. I took my shoes off to relax and socks were jet black and sticky from dirty floor. Towels were stained with hair on them. Shady people walking around... It would be a nice place to stay if they would clean the rooms

Review 3：We flew into Phoenix at 9pm at night with 2 tired and sick kids, and the hotel did not have our reservation. We drove all around Phoenix at 10pm at night looking for a place to stay
Review 4：for a moderity priced motel it was exceptional clean, much better than some middle priced chains I've stayed at. This is very important to me, as I only sleep at hotels, and never use use any of the facilitys.
Review 5：Dirty floors, couldn't go bare foot in room. Stained, rips, and cigarette burn holes in sheets. Pillows were stained. All of the towels and wash cloths were stained horribly. Some of the stains looked as if they cleaned the floors and some looked like dried blood. When I say all I mean all. We tried to trade out for clean ones and they were as bad. They even smelled musky.
Review 6：I had a place to sleep at night. I have seen worse places at the beach in the 70's.
Review 7：The wash cloths and bath towels were stained and dingy! The coffee maker did not work. Shampoo or conditioner not provided.

Review 9：What I like is the customer service name star very friendly and when you need something not a second do I have to wait she makes me feel very. Comfortable when I stay here .and not all hotels make you feel like that .

Review 22：American Best Value Inn and Suites in Mesa is a great place for two to stay. It was such a great value! Very clean, and it had a kitchenette! We will stay there again!!!!
Review 23：I booked the room because it had a jacuzzi. Only one jet worked. Therefrigerator was turned off and there wasn't an iron (missing). I'llnever book here again.
Review 24：My room was a little dark and had an old and damp smell to theroom. Also noise from the surrounding rooms. No internet accesseither in the room.
