Review 1：The parking lot was semi flooded, so we parked in the overflow lot. It wasn't far, but at midnight, it felt a little creepy walking as a woman and a child from the lot to the hotel. The blankets were a little thin, so we could have used an extra and there weren't any in the room. Other than that, no complaints.

Review 2：This room was very nice, clean, and spacious. We arrived late at night and received a very warm greeting. We climbed up one flight of stairs and found a very comfortable King Size bed in a room with laminate flooring. TV with cable was great, we had plenty of charging space for our electronics and a fridge and microwave that we didn't use but looked clean and in working condition. Very good for the price.

Review 3：Lady in the lobby was great, very friendly. Booked here for my sons USMC graduation. Great price compared to Beaufort . Nothing fancy but it was clean and I didn't see any bugs. Was about a hour away from Parris Island which I already knew in advance.

Review 4：I've stayed at Red Roof many times over the years but the room i got this time near the office wasn't that great..Not sure if the cleaning people or who kept coming in the room and turning the air off .. Also not a fan of being charged $1.50 for a safe i don't use...

Review 5：The staff are all amazingly friendly. There is a maintenance man there. I think his name was Dave. He is a great help with many great suggestions. The location is perfect to get good food,take walks or ride bikes. The cost does reflect the quality of stay you will have.

Review 7：Room had a paint smell. There were dead bugs on floor in bathroom and dirt at front door The dirt I think came in when landscaper was using blower. Someone should have check room before they assigned room. It was an easy clesnup. Otherwise room was clean

Review 8：The only problem we had was the toilet hanging and the water continuously running. The noise was very annoying. We called the desk and informed them but when we left the problem had not been addressed.

Review 22：Breakfast was to be included when we booked the room but upon check-in were told that no breakfast included after labour day. In the evening when we returned to our room, the grounds were so poorly lit we had to ask directions from locals at a service station and then it was a challenge

Although we passed it when trying to find it (wish the sign was a little closer to the road) The room was very quiet, regardless of the busy highway. Very clean room and lobby area, the staff was very nice and courteous as well. The coffee was also amazing!

Review 26：The pet policy is a little extreme by not allowing pets to remain in rooms unattended. We had to make arrangements for pet boarding during the day. Perhaps the hotel may want to consider a pet deposit be maid instead of such extreme measures. A/c unit is a very loud but you can get used to it as this is white noise.

Review 92：The rooms are very small. If there is a problem in the room such as plumbing, they don't have anyone on call they only come in during the day. So that means you have to wait to get the problem fixed. Or they will hand you a plunger and say you can fix it yourself. But your the quest. Thats unacceptable. Rooms had a odor. For the price they charge for the room someone could stay at a better much higher rated hotel for that same price. I will never stay there again.

Review 93：Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Really enjoyed the wood covered floors as opposed to the usual carpeting in every other hotel I've stayed. It just felt and smelled much cleaner in the room. Wish this was the norm everywhere! This was a great hotel!

After checking into our first of two rok ms we noticed a dog barking uncontrollably next door. Danielle and her manager(I believe) moved us immediately to the quietest section of the hotel and even included an upgrade to the bus king so our amenities were not sacrificed. They went out of their way to please and should be commended!! Thank you guys again!
