Review 1：Housekeeping did not clean my room once when I stayed from Dec 31st until the 4th of Jan. They only brought clean towels once. Had to empty my own trash. Had to have my key card fixed 3 times because it wouldn't open the door.
Review 2：The price was great and loved that it was pet friendly.
Review 3：I reserved a certain type of room and when i checked in the clerk said I could not have that room since the "day shift" had already assinged rooms to guests that had not arrived yet. My room type was available however, the clerk was unable to move me into my room type. Also, the internet does not work.

Review 7：Hotel did not have my reservation but called somewhere and told me itwas ok and they had 1 room left. The area around the hotel is poor atbest, I was asked if money to give by more than 1 person. The hotel hadNo room keys. Staff had to let every guest into there room with theremaster key. My room had no towels or soap, staff said they didnt haveany till cleaning staff arrived at 9:00am. The safety turn lock on theroom door didn't work but the swing lock did. The worst part came at7am when hotel staff tried pretty forcefully to enter my room. Luckilythe safety latch kept him out. After that he knocked and asked what Iwas doing in that room if I was a registered guest. As I was leaving Iasked staff at front desk about not having towels and was informed theyhave master keys and could get me towels of needed. I have since callcustomer service and was informed the the hotel manger would contact methe next day about my stay. So far 2 days later I have not received acall. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!

Review 9：The bathroom was filthy, the tub was caked with scum and looked as though it had been burned with a cleaning chemical? The floors were filthy. The hotel had free wifi, but it did not work during our stay. The air conditioning did not work properly and was leaking outside and inside of the room. The lights in the room were all half blown and did not light up the room well.

Review 11：Manager was not a nice person. She doesn't value the customer. She should always remember you don't know who you treat bad at the counter. That person coukd be rich, ceo, executive at a corporation. She needs more training on how to treat customers.

Review 13：It was utterly disgusting - we didn't even stay the night - whomever had the room before had a dog. Housekeeping did not change the sheets. There was tons of dog hair and yellow stain in the middle of the bed.

First of all, themotel had changed ownership, is now a Motel 6,location/access/general area of the motel are not good. Outsideareas/corridors were filthy, stray cats wandering about and areassmelled strongly of cat urine. Would not stay there again. Did not feelespecially safe in the area.

Review 57：Our room was no where like the pictures online. First, our tv didn'twork. Second, our shower was clogged by hair from previous visitors andat 12 midnight the maintenance man had to come and fix it. And Last, ourroom was very dated and had a smell so bad. The only reason we stayed isbecause we drove five hrs to get there and all hotels were sold out andthe staff was super friendly.
