Review 1：Nothing significant. It is a dated location cosmetically but the owners try hard to present a clean, organized, and friendly experience.
Review 2：Friendly, privately owned. Owners are willing to work within reason with guests to provide a smooth experience. No corporate policy mumbo-jumbo. Just down to earth people expecting down to earth guests.
Review 3：The motel is in desperate need of renovating. The bed / bedding was old, the bathroom was from the 70's, the front door did not have a sweep on it, leaving a hole that most small animals could get through. The motel was a 15 minute walk to the village, a bit far from the action and activities.
Review 4：The owners were cheerful and accommodating. The pool area looked good, but we didn't have time to thoroughly check it out.
Review 5：Pillows and bed uncomfortable, pillows way to soft. And bed felt like my head should have been were my feet were. Do not really want to complain. Maybe if you bring some of your own pillows it will help.

Review 11：Motel is very convenient to town. Rooms are clean and the management is very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here three separate times and would not hesitate to stay there again. Rates are very, very reasonable.
Review 12：The WIFI code was changes during the day so when we came back after 10 pm, we weren't able to get the new one until the next morning. The pillows are very thick. After swimming in the pool, our hands and feets were slightly white with paint from the bottom and sides of the pool.

Review 14：When I booked my room , I got charged 2x and had to call to get it straightened out because they made a mistake. It was an inconvenience. The bed was not comfortable it was very stiff to sleep on. We also had spiders in our room which bothered my children and I mean I saw like 4/5 of them .the shower stalls are small and the water comes out when your showering so the floor gets all wet

Review 29：we have stayed here at this motel in the past and are aware of the flooding the village had a few years back Because of this the room had a musty smell But we happened to carry a can of febreeze so it helped.We also noticed that the bathroom window and the window above AC did not have locks on the window and they were located in the back of the motel where it would have been easy for someone to enter the room I also was unable to get a steady connection to WI FI this may have been that our room was to far from the office.We also did not care for our bed being close to the wall with only one night stand Both myself and my husband prefer to have a stand with lighting next to our bed for reading.Tv's are old and reception was poor

Review 37：No wifi. Not a major turnoff, especially since I did travel to Lake George to unwind. But wifi is so commonplace now that not having it is something to consider. My biggest turn off was the dark wood panelling. Made the room so dark that one didn't want to be in it.
